Project Overview
Welcome to Possibilities!
Possibilities is a fan-animated 2D animated series based on the Wings of Fire series by Tui T. Sutherland. Every one of our five episodes is written and animated BY YOU, using YOUR submitted OCs!
Each episode is a standalone story set in the colorful, busy town of Possibility.
Currently, all of our episodes are written and either finished with or nearly finished with recording audio. We are looking to develop our animation style, character designs, and edit audio tracks together for our animators to work with.
DISCORD IS REQUIRED
CCC is going to have you submit a Google Drive link or similar; if you want to send videos and question answers individually, there are channels in the Discord where you can do some separate of CCC.

This link includes requirements and a Google Drive with links to a muted video we would appreciate seeing in your application! All of the audio tracks needed to edit onto it are included. Please message with any confusion.

Do you want to do storyboards, characters, backgrounds, or any combination of the three? Please find your interest(s) and answer the corresponding questions.
Storyboards:
Provide an example of an animatic of characters synced to audio (dragons are preferred). It doesn't need to be detailed or colored; your job would just be to provide a rough sketch of the episode for the other animators to work with. We are looking mainly for visual clarity.
Finished Animation:
Characters:
1. ANSWER: How familiar are you with style guidelines (have you completed a MAP with set character designs or styles or similar?)
2. Provide an example of an animatic/animation you have done. Possibilities is NOT fully animated- it is more similar to limited/animatic style. Minimum quality requirements are clean lines and flat colors. You are NOT required to be able to illustrate backgrounds!
3. OPTIONAL: Provide examples of a time you adapted your art style to fit a different style.
Color Team:
Answer: What programs are you familiar with/file types? Are you confident in your ability to take files from cleanup animators and color them appropriately?
Provide examples of colored pieces you have done, demonstrating neatness and attention to detail.

Backgrounds:
Provide some examples of backgrounds you have drawn. There are no style requirements (lineless, lined, etc.). We are looking for clarity and ability to consistently draw from different perspectives.
Concept Artists:
You will be turning our existing submitted refs into animation-friendly designs, designing new side characters and background characters, and doing props. You may also do concepts for background work.
Please provide any examples you may have that demonstrate your ability to create new concepts in art (such as an OC).
