Stella Greyber comes across as very friendly and bubbly, though she displays an eccentric side as well. She gets caught up in the idea of how nobody truly feels like an adult, and that childhood feels permanent. She wishes to have the innocence she once had as a young girl and would like to contribute to the happy childhoods of children.

Hi kids! Welcome to the Game Station! I'm Stella and we've got three super-duper fun games to play!
Playing with toys when I was young was so magical. I could go straight from my bedroom floor to anywhere in the world. It was such a great feeling.
Human bodies just can't stay young forever. There's things though, like some trees that can stay alive even while being way older than a person!
Leith Pierre comes across as an ingenious and proud man, one who is very dedicated to his work. Despite his position & pride, he is apparently easily startled, going so far as to enact a ban to prevent anyone from hiding behind doors to scare him.

Hi. My name is Leith Pierre, and I'm the head of Innovation here at the Playtime Co. toy factory. If you're seeing this, then you're trespassing!
Normally, I'd have Dr. Sawyer do this but he's uhhh... out, let's say.
So, you've got my warning. It's not too late to turn around. I just hope that you're certain whatever you're doing is worth it.
Dr. Harley Sawyer, otherwise known as 'the doctor', wanted to solve the company's problems by creating living experiments in the shape of their mascots. This way the company wouldn't need to pay workers or spend money on fixes to maintain working conditions. He seems to have a superiority complex and a lack of empathy towards his subordinates. He also seems to only care about the company and would sacrifice anything to keep it afloat, even if it involves innocent lives. Sawyer appears to be grumpy and tired, likely hinting that he works very hard and/or long.

Log-code 24459. In relation, Experiment 1006, the Prototype. Stubborn as he is, and always silent at each passing session, I'm still uncovering fresh data nonetheless. Today's discovery?--
Hmph. End of log. Ready to talk now, are you?
here is a secret inside you, 1006. Valuable beyond all measure. I cut and prod and burn at it, and I get closer with each session... So speak, or don't. Fight, or give in. Regardless, I learn something new about you every day... (laugh) It excites me!
Richard "Rich" Lovitz is a recurring character Poppy Playtime.
Hired at playtime co. at some point, Rich's gruff personality and short temper would leave him with very few allies at the company. Rich, in turn, was vexed by how Playtime ran their company, as some of their questionable decisions impeded his job performance.
He seems to be a hard but disgruntled worker, which players can conclude from the fact that he became annoyed by the amount of pressure put on him. Aside from the pressure, he still cares about the orphans for whom the toys are intended for, which shows he's good at heart.

I don't know, I couldn't tell you! Remember when Maintenance last did a sweep of this place?
Well, it finally happened. After years of being ignored, the company actually heard all my complaints! Yup, they listened, very carefully. I guess my words really inspired them to take action, because the next day I got demoted down here. To the freaking island of misfit toys!
Well... I'm trying to stop being so pissed off all the time. My wife says I'm a lovely man, but I gotta control my temper. So I'm doing it for her.
Jimmy Roth is a very smart person, and he has somewhat mastered the art of marketing (even with dubious marketing tactics). He is depicted very enthusiastic about his work which shows in his voice. By adding an "e" sound to the end of any mascots' names, Jimmy has been able to market Playtime Co.'s many mascots and creations.

Y'know, it’s not what you'd expect. It's the little things most people don't even think about. Like, take names for example: Surprised people haven't realized this. You take the 'E' sound, slap it onto the end of a name." Jimmy claps his hands as he yells “BOOM”. You’re making bank. Huggy, Mommy, even Elliot was doing this way back with Poppy.
BLUE. Blue is huge. What's your favorite color, I bet it’s blue. Right? It’s blue?
Ok well, You’re a special case, most people would say blue. But seriously, marketing is not as easy as you think. I mean, I make it look easy. If there is anything Playtime Co. should be known for, it’s not toys. It’s marketing.
Claire Harper seems to dislike not having the answers to dire situations, referring to it as "infuriating." She also displays fierce, motherly protectiveness of the orphans under her care, referring to Marie Payne as her "little girl" and threatening the recipient of the report to ensure the incident never occurs again. However, she also seems to be slightly negligent, as she didn't intervene when a group of boys were teasing Marie.

Well, like any night, all the children are getting to sleep. It was peaceful, quiet. CatNap had the red smoke in the room. Then, suddenly, there's this scream
Yes, a monster she said, said it was...colorless... Gosh, I could feel her poor little heart pounding. For her, it was right there!
I...I wanted to talk to her. See how she's doing. I just... I really need to hear her voice right now.
Avery is a supervisor for Playtime Co. who was organizing boxes with Rich Lovitz in the Warehouse. There's not much to say about Avery. Although Avery does not express his opinions, he likely does not enjoy working at Playtime Co. either. Despite Rich's demotion to the Rejected Toys Room, they still have had lunch together on Fridays.

The Scientist appears to be deeply committed to his work, to the point of letting others affected be dealt with the consequences of his actions. This neglectful behavior is shown in Log 08502, as he states the Surveillance Specialist killed by 1006 was a mere "casualty." He also seemed to have complete faith in the Bigger Bodies Initiative as he forwent his life to leave instructions for the containment and disposal of future experiments. In addition, he believed that he could forget death if a breakthrough occurred.

Final log. In relation: Experiment 1-0-0-6. The Prototype. Coordination and cooperation is evidently within his skillset, as well as the skillset of all other experiments of his type. Though still missing, today's events are no doubt in relation to him.
Log Code 08502. In relation: Experiment 1-0-0-6. The Prototype. A close call occurred this week, in which he nearly breached containment. The Prototype seemingly disassembled the digital alarm clock within his room, and utilized the battery along with several other components to create a laser pointer which he then fired into the security camera, disabling it.
Subject is stable, designated #1322. Clear neural abnormalities were detected in his recent check-up. Though highly irregular, we've pulled him from the Home Sweet Home just before lights out to perform-
Elliot Ludwig was described as "Divorced, but a family man at heart", who overcame the tragic death of an unknown family member. He was a hardworking man who often stayed behind at all hours in order to achieve his goals, essentially creating the empire that is Playtime Co.
Elliot had a strong regard for love, happiness, joy, and smiling, especially when it was related to children, with Elliot himself saying: "There is nothing more gratifying to my soul than being the reason for a child's smile." A newspaper article about him implied his workaholic behavior was solely intended to bring joy to children, despite personal tragedies. He Is Also Often Depicted as a Dreamer and Rather, Innovative Man.

Hello. My name is Elliot Ludwig. When you look around at the world today, what one thing do you think it needs more of? I asked around, once. Money, I never have enough. Understanding, I can never get any. Faith, the common man has lost it. Each answer was different... and I could perhaps see some little truth in each.
A smile is hope. A smile is love. A smile is understanding. And there is nothing more gratifying to my soul than being the reason for a child's smile. To be the spark that ignites all their hopes and dreams. For it is only through hopes and dreams that we may create a better world.
May Playcare bring joy, inspiration, and smiles to all who enter these doors. For what gives life its meaning, if not a smile?
Stuart seems to be a high-ranking employee, possibly in a supervisory role, as he seems to want to pass down his position to Rich Lovitz, implying he is of higher status the factory. He seems calm while on the ride down to the Playcare with Rich, Despite Rich Complaining the Whole time on the way down.

"What was that, Richie?"
"Sorry? That doesn't sound like the Rich I know."
"You're just different, Rich. Honest to a fault. But I always liked that about you."
Dr. White was a scientist who selected Samuel Lee for presumable testing in Playcare. He Seems to Have Taken Samuel to Eventually Become a Part of the Experiments Going on in the Facility. He Seems to Have a Friendly Appearance in Voice Around Children, It Is Currently Unkown of He's Different in Personality When Not Around the Playcare's Children, Like Most of the Scientists.
This Role Is a Minor Role, He Doesn't Appear Much.

"Ah, and here they all are."
"Goodbye Sam!"
Ms. Brooks was a counselor who announced Samuel Lee's selection to Playcare's children in "Samuel Lee's Last Day". She seems Cheerful and is most likely unaware of what will eventually happen to Samuel after his last day in Playcare, As She Most Likely Assumes He's Being Adopted and Finding a Home.

The Unknown PSA Announcer is heard in Chapter 2 of Poppy Playtime. Judging by his role, he may be a part of the company management and is somewhat annoyed by the complaints of the mascots, muttering complaining as a contribution in a tone that sounds condescending and disappointing. However, he may just be curious and slightly surprised that there were that many complaints.

"The following is a pre-recorded announcement to address the many complaints regarding an alleged 'very, very big spider' crawling around in the facility."
"The Playtime corporation wants me to remind you all that spiders that big... Do not exist."
"And if they did, quote: 'We would already be dead anyways.' End quote."
Mr. Hartmann was a civilian who visited the Counselor's Office. Mr. Hartmann and his wife made an appointment with the Head of Playcare, Stella Greyber, and expressed his desire to adopt a boy named Jeremy. When the adoption was promptly cancelled due to vague complications involving "testing", he voiced his bemusement and outrage at the situation.

"It was... nothing like we were expecting. Mr. Ludwig's speech was... Well, it just confirms for us that you're the orphanage we want to go through."
