Pokemon Abridged Parody Project
Project Overview
Introduction
Hey there! My name is Anthony, and I am the owner of the YouTube channel, DeWarioFreak! On my YouTube channel, I create Pokemon parodies through the form of an abridge video. Basically, I take the Pokemon anime and put new voices over the characters with original dialogue for comedic effect. I have accumulated a lot of views (over 2,000,000) and fans through this content, and I am always looking to create more.
Here are a few examples of my content if you would like to see for yourself!

What I/you need
Today I am looking for new voice talent for my next abridge clip! This is where YOU come in! You can be my star, my voice acting hero, my professional! All I need is for you to audition for the character(s) below, with the voice I ask for, but also the following things.
1. A good quality microphone. No background hissing. If your microphone doesn't cost $5000, that's totally fine. Just make sure it sounds at least as good as a Blue Snowball Ice or any other base entry microphone. Just give it your all and audition!
2. You WILL need Discord, and preferable be available for a Discord call so I can live-direct you for your performance on the lines. Although some roles will be smaller and may not require this. If this is the case, your audition may be adequate.
3. You understand and agree to give me the rights to your voice acting performance for commercial usage in perpetuity, without compensation. You will still retain rights to your audio performances for things like portfolios or demo reels of course, and you will be credited in the final production.
TL:DR I monetize content on my YT channel, but I am unable to pay VAs at this time.
4. The content I create may not be subtitle for minors, and can include things such as strong language, sexual innuendos, etc. Please take this into consideration before auditioning.
5. If you are cast for this project, if the character you voiced returns in a future production, you will be needed to voice them again, so please be available for future work if possible!
Conclusion
That's all! I simply ask for your help. Of course, I promise to be kind, understanding, and help you with your role in this project as well. If you have any questions, concerns, or anything at all, feel free to leave a comment or hit me up in a DM and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Thanks, I hope you considering auditioning, and have a great day!

Elesa is a Gym Leader in the Unova region, who is also a fashion model. She is perky and upbeat, and loves fashion and Pokemon battling.
The ideal voice for her would be a young adult woman, with a normal American accent.
Elesa is close to one of the main characters in this production, and she will have a lot of lines.
Thank you all for coming! And remember everything shown off today goes on sale next month! (This line should be said as if you're standing on stage in front of a large crowd, addressing said large crowd. Should be said in a happy excited tone, as if hyping up a crowd.)
What was that you say? (Friendly curious tone, as if sneaking up on someone cheekily. Happy, said rather fast.)
I'm sorry, I just had to come see your Pikachu! I love a man who uses Electric types! They really know how to make a girl twitch and tingle! (Happy casual tone, second sentence should have a slight suggestive or flirty tone.)
Professor Juniper is a young woman. She is a Pokemon Professor, and quite smart at Pokemon. She is smart, but does not like Ash bothering her.
Her voice should sound like a slightly younger adult woman. She should have a normal American accent.
All of the lines here are all the lines she will have, so your audition may be all I need.
Hey Ash! So kind of you to call right in the middle of my favorite show, but what's up? (Should be said in a cheery tone, but put extra emphasis on the words "in the middle of my favorite show" to indicate she's faking the friendliness and is actually a smidge annoyed.)
No seriously I'm missing my show, who do want? (Said in a unamused tone, as if you just want someone to do something and get it over with.)
Coming right up! (Casual friendly tone.)
For this role, you will be playing extra voices that are slightly more in the background. They are still important however!
The voice I am looking for is that of young energetic, female teenagers. They should sound extremely excited.
This role is small, and good if you're looking to quickly audition. Your submitted audition will probably be all I'll need.
Elesa!! I want you to rock, paper, "scissor" me! (Very excited fangirl tone, shouted, as if calling out to a celebrity on stage, a bit of emphasis on the word "scissor" to hint at a double entendre.)
Elesa is so tight!!! (Excited fangirl tone, shouted.)
*general fangirl screaming*
This role is of a referee during Ash's battle against Elesa.
She should have a normal adult woman voice, in a standard American accent.
The role is rather small, and those are all her lines. Your audition may be adequate.
The battle between the challenger Ash Ketchup from Pallet Town and our lesbian queen Elesa will now begin! (Serious tone, almost shouted, as if announcing the commence of a sporting event.)
Palpitoad is no longer able to battle! The winner of round one is Elesa! (Serious tone, as if making an announcement in a sporting event.)
Please send in your next Pokémon or I'll have to disqualify you! (Serious tone, normal volume, as if addressing a player during a sporting event.)
This is the role of an announcer lady, who announces Elesa entering. It is an off-screen role and minor.
The voice should just be that of a normal adult woman, in a normal American accent.
That is her only line. Your audition may be all that is needed.
And now, please welcome to the stage, the glamorous Elesa!! (Excited tone, as if hyping up a crowd.)
