Introduction
Welcome to my fandub for the One Piece Manga. This is our 3rd casting call for this series and this is for the Drum Island saga. We are currently working on our 15th volume of the series and would love for some more great VAs to join our growing cast of talented actors! We have multiple manga dubs going on at the moment but our One Piece one is definitely the largest. These dubs are for fun, but I am striving to create a good quality product for each one, to give the cast involved something to be proud as well as ourselves. We know it's not always easy getting experience, and I want these projects to be a high quality project for people of any experience level to either just have fun doing or so people wanting to get more experience and for everyone to have something they're proud of to share.

Due to this and future projects like this being fandubs, unfortunately I am not able to offer monetary compensation due to copyright. Although it is unpaid though I would like to still have a level of professionalism and quality to the project. So I will be looking for people with:

There are quite a few roles in this casting that will be needed later on down the line or will be continuous roles so please take that into account when auditioning.

With the amount of work we are currently producing we are very open to having help with the editing. Because of the nature of the project, we aren't able to provide compensation for this role either unfortunately, but if you are interested in gaining more experience and credits to your name, or just love the content and would like to work on a project for fun, we would love to hear from you!
Our main editor for this project unfortunately had to step down due to not having any time, so we are in need for a lead editor to take over. The editing for the manga's is going to be fairly simple, just lots of transitions and words loading as speech is being overlaid. As well as inputting the audio tracks into the video as well obviously. Because this project is our biggest project and very action packed usually, we would love to have someone that's able to use different effects to bring the episodes to life.

This role would involve assisting our head audio engineer with prepping and arranging the audio so that it is ready to submit to the video editor. This could involve a number of different tasks depending on what is needed by the head engineer. Chopper is the newest member to join the Straw Hat's crew! He is a reindeer that ate the human human fruit and became half human half reindeer. He trained to be a doctor and is extremely adept at it, even being part reindeer. He was always shunned by his own kind and never had any friends until the doctors that he became close with, until Luffy and the crew. He was very overjoyed to be able to find real friends that liked him for him and wanted to be with him.
Chopper's voice is quite high and cute. He will be an ongoing character in the series and will require staying on the team for the foreseeable future.

Wapol is the main antagonist in the Drum Island arc. He ate a devil fruit that allows him to eat anything and make it part of his body. He is extremely arrogant and selfish and cares about no one but himself and wants nothing more than to rule as King. He is heartless and cruel and very easy to hate.

Dalton is looked up to as the leader and hero of Drum Island. He is very noble and dedicated to taking care of the people of the island. He is a huge help with the Straw Hats when they arrive and they end up helping him a lot in the end as well. He is dedicated to helping rebuild the country and feels immense guilt for the role he played as being part of Wapol's military.

*Furious* Once Wapol realized how strong the pirates were, he took off to the seas and abandoned the entire country! He took off faster than anyone else to save himself!
Be that as it may... There are some people who believe that it was a good thing that our country was utterly destroyed...
I swear, I will guard this country with my life! No matter what I do, I can never make up for the things I've done and so I will continue to give my life for this country and it's people!
Dr. Hiriluk was Chopper's father essentially, he raised him when he was shunned by the other reindeer and taught him medicine. He was a very upbeat and inspiring man, although most people thought of him like he was a nut job. He wanted nothing more than to help heal everyone, even if he wasn't always the best at it. He was a cheerful person right to the very end and could never bring anyone down, even *spoiler* went as far as lying to Chopper that he made him feel better, even after Chopper accidently poisoned him.
When do you think people die? When they are shot through the heart by the bullet of a pistol? - No... It’s when… they are forgotten!

Dr. Kureha took Chopper in after Dr. Hiriluk dies. She is very cold and acts very selfish a lot but she actually cares about Chopper a lot and is an extremely skilled doctor. She, unlike Hiriluk, is more concerned with the money though and will take whatever she wants as payment for healing someone, even if they don't want to be healed. She treats Chopper like he is a nuisance but actually just wants the best for him.

Chess is one of Wapol's right hand men. He is extremely loyal to his king and also a bit odd as well. He will do absolutely anything for his King.

Kuromarimo is Wapol's other right hand man. He has a bit deeper voice than Chess but is also extremely loyal and dedicated to Wapol.

Crocodile is the main antagonist for the biggest arc in the series up to this point. He is a warlord of the sea and therefore not being pursued by the Marines even though he is a pirate. Because of his status as a Warlord, he's able to get away with a lot of things. He is also known as Mr. 0 and the leader of the organization known as Baroque Works. Although he has told people in the organization that it's goal is to create a Utopia, his real goal is to take over the kingdom of Alabasta. He is cold, cruel and calculating and becomes the first major challenge that Luffy deals with in the series, that he's not able to jus beat with strength.

Ace is Luffy's big brother and the commander of the 2nd division of the Whitebeard Pirates. Although he is not Luffy's brother by blood, they are still very similar and Ace cares about his brother a lot. He can be just as aloof as Luffy and Garp sometimes, although he does come off more responsible than Luffy. He tends to randomly fall asleep anywhere and has been known to "dine and dash" as well, but he is still noticeably more respectful and mature than his brother. Ace is extremely strong and has the Flame Flame fruit so he's able to turn his entire body to fire. He pops up a few times throughout the series before a major arc he's involved in down the road a bit.

I'm chasing a certain man, goes by the name of Blackbeard. He used to be a member of the 2nd division of the Whitebeard Pirates. He was one of my men, but he committed the worst possible sin on a pirate ship. He killed one of our crewmates and jumped ship, and as the commander I have to find him and get rid of him.

Bon Clay is a very flamboyant male crossdressing ballerina. He goes back and forth a bit in the series between being a major antagonist and also being a friend of the Straw Hat crew. He is Sanji's main rival in the Alabasta arc, but he does come up a few times other than just as a main antagonist. He uses his ballet techniques to fight and is an extremely adept fighter. He has the Clone Clone fruit, which allows him to be able to completely clone himself into the face/voice/body of anyone that he has ever previously touched.
