Originally I wanted a mix between Professor Caninestein(from AoSTH) and Dr. Insano(from AT4W) but looking back it not fitting, so guys this is another open to interpretation voice. Something that sounds like a prestigious scientist with a tiny bit of mad scientist in there.
It appears you have a small mutation........or it could be a parasite you picked up from the Amazonian Zone.
I should be able to remove the parasite effortlessly

I think a voice that's somewhere between Doc Brown(from Back To The Future) and The 12Th Doctor(from Doctor Who) would be fitting, hut any old man judge voice will do.
