Hello Community Of Voice Actors, I am looking for voice actors to take part in a Naruto MangaDub Series. I can very well voice 70-90% of the characters myself but that wouldn't be fun and infact it would be draining. Can you imagine doing five chapters then only getting 500-1,000 views on one chapter and the rest hit a low 200 after spending soooo much time downloading each manga picture then cropping every panel then voice every character? Plus after looking at the voice acting community, I feel we all need a way to promote ourselves and our voice talent. I even created a YouTube Channel just for this purpose!
You can go ahead and Subscribe to that channel so when Chapter 1 drops you'll be the first to know! Also you do not necessarily have to follow me on here unless you are truly interested into my works, but you can follow my Twitter as I am going to be announcing all the exciting things circling or relating to the progress and projects around Voice Panic.
Now that's out of the way, onto the project itself!
I do got a set deadline for voice auditions it is February 1st but it is subject to change if I feel we could use more time OR we got soooo many auditions coming in and I can't just hold up or block off all the interesting takes that you all are sending in! Naruto was written by Masashi Kishimoto, I admire his work and his brother's work Seishi Kisimoto (which if all goes well, Voice Panic may pick up Blazer Drive).
Requirements (Requirements are more like guidelines then strict line being drawn, more like what I want and wish for):
No background noise, Decent quality microphones, no pops-puffs, volume check your audio, and reach by deadline (you all know the basics).
I will be voicing Kakashi Hatake and Iruka Umino, I will be picking up roles that don't get filled and will be several other roles in the future as new characters are introduced, but all voice actors in this project will have roles to audition for including Naruto, Sakura, Sasuke, Hiruzen, Mizuki, Ebisu, Konohamaru, and the epic monstrous growls of the Ninetails "Kurama". Extras will have an audition poll but generally the cast is given out extras as the series progresses, if the series brings back an extra, it is expected of the original voice actor to pick it back up.
This audition thread will be updated as the series progresses rather then creating new threads or polls, please subscribe to the Voice Panic channel as we will announce future auditions! As well as follow my Twitter cause I will make tweets on what is going on with the series, Don't Get Out Of The Loop.
Also If you audition and get a part, please, please, don't go inactive. As I am one of those who hates recasting a person and the audiences don't end up vibing with the new voice. If you get a role, it is expected that you are that role, meaning it is yours. So please, please stay active and make the experience fun and easy, for I want to keep expanding our project as big as I can get it.
I plan to create a Discord server for the members of Voice Panic cause again getting out of the loop or loosing contacts of voice actors will make any project suffer greatly! It will have a voice chat (hello we are voice actors), a general chat, and "Whose Playing Who" thread for every series that Voice Panic gets involved with.
I can't tell you how much I am excited about doing this and I have done Naruto Manga Dubs in the past, I was highly praised for doing Orochimaru, Rock Lee, and Gaara of the sand, but those videos have been taken down, so for everyone to know this is not my first rodeo and definitely not my last.
Please, please audition I would love to hear all those amazing voices that truly do deserve being noticed, I feel there is a lot of us who truly do need the spotlight on our talents and some projects just don't give us that.

Naruto is a boy of mischieft and a boy who has been neglected for being the host of the ninetail demon fox, the village avoids him and even so they raise their kids to not to even hang out with him. Naruto even though he has been pushed under by the peers of the village, he is full of energy and wants to prove the world wrong that he not just a host of a monster but also a fellow shinobi of the village hidden in the leaves.
"I am getting tired of all the people looking down on me..."
"Someday I am gonna be Hokage and everyone will start to look up to me, Believe It!"
"Hey... You're not hurt are you? Scaredy Cat!"
"What's with all that big talk earlier anyways? When you're over here shaking in your zori, huh?!"
"No big man you are, no just stay there, I will take care of this!"
"I promise, I promise Sakura that I will bring back Sasuke."
"Oh don't Naruto me, we will be back with our team mate and everything will go back to normal.
"And I don't go back on my words, that's my ninja way, believe it!"
Sakura, there is not much to be said about her. She had parents growing up and even at times, she found them annoying. She has an amazing huge crush on Sasuke Uchiha but trys to be the "princess" in the class room. She is teased for her big ole forehead, but cause of chakra control she shows promise as a kunoichi.
"Cha! Score! I am in a squad with Sasuke!"
"Oh man, how did I get Naruto in my squad..."
"Naruto, you are not even on the same level as Sasuke. (Just being rude to Naruto)."
"Naruto!!! (Naruto has been hurt in the distant)."
"You need to take better care of yourself Naruto, you are always hurting yourself. (patching up Naruto).
"Kakashi sensei, what are we going to be doing today?"
"I am tired of always looking at them, looking at their backs, but not today, today we are equals as members of Team 7, CHA!"
Sasuke Uchiha a boy who lost his entire clan at an young age, he was forced to only know what was told among the village, raised in the darkness of what seems to be the truth. Sasuke grew up only wanting vengence for his father, mother, his aunts and uncles lost, all of them, in a single heartless cold full moon night. Sasuke Uchiha is a member of Squad 7 and a shinobi of the Hidden Leaf.
"My dreams... Or rather ambitions. I want to revive my clan and kill a certain someone."
"Fire Style: Fire Ball no jutsu! … Heh that got him."
"Naruto you idiot, we can't win. Run! Get Out Of Here! … What are you doing, he's gonna kill you. (Meeting Orochimaru in the forest of death)."
"Naruto... That plan sounds ridiculous. But, I like it, let's give it a go. (Zabuza arc)"
"I don't even know what you think we are... But, I am about to sever those bonds."
"Naruto you were always a nobody, you were a no one. You never had family! You don't even know what it is like to lose those who were dare or close to you!! You were that boy that no one gotten close to! So, so... So how could you possibly know how I feel, Huh?!
Hiruzen Sarutobi, known as Lord 3rd - Lord Hokage of the Hidden Leaf is a charismatic leader who seeks out the good in his students and in his fellow shinobi. Hiruzen came from an era of war, where all villages waged war against one another for the sake of land or power. Hiruzen took a stand at his youth and lead an attack which made Lord 2nd - Tobirama realize in his final hour that Hiruzen will make a fine Hokage. Hiruzen is precieved with much respect and is an honorable leader to his people, to the ninjas, to all of Konoha!
"Orochimaru, you were always a gifted child, you were always looking for more knowledge."
"I loved each and everyone of my students, but I always thought that you, Orochimaru would've beared more fruits. As your sensei, I'll stop you here and right now!"
"Iruka, Naruto is only wanting the love of a parent. He never had a family, he was always on his own. In a lot of ways, he was much like you, I think you understand him best."
"Oooooh, and you are going to be Hokage? Hahahahahaha. (As if Naruto told a joke)."
"Jiraiya! You need to stay focus! *sigh* What am I gonna do with you?"
"As Lord 3rd, Lord Hokage of the Hidden Leaf! I will fight till every breath in my body becomes silent, this is my home and the home of many shinobi!"
Mizuki he is a... You know what? Forget this dude, if you haven't watched Naruto or read a manga just let me tell you, he's a jerk!
"Naruto, my man how have you been? "
"You know... It ain't right, they keep a lot of secrets from you Naruto."
"Yeah the truth is, if you get the scroll... You get to past, its really that simple."
"The Village has lied to you your entire life. The village and even Iruka over there actually knows the truth. Have you ever wonder why no one wants to be around you, why does it seems everyone hates you?"
"It's cause the fox that raided the village several years ago, killed a lot of people including Iruka's parents and they stuck that fox inside of you, Naruto!"
"That's right Naruto, even your beloved Iruka Sensei hates you!"
"Come on Iruka, he did held his own and has been showing progression. Can we cut him some slack and pass Naruto?"
"Hurry Iruka, It's Naruto! He's up to his schemes again!"
Ebisu known as a "closet perv" but is a modest shinobi, well trys to be. He looks out for his students and seeks to justicify every little thing that goes on around him. He views his opinions of others as of facts but though he acts stiff, once you get to know him he is a great person. He looks past the covers that everyone else paints a character and eventually finds out what a character truly is like.
"Listen carefully. You are the honorable grandson of the honorable Third Hokage. You cannot let riffraff like this draw you into a fight even though he deserves it."
"Aaahhhhhhh!!! (Flying backwards with blood shooting out his nose)."
"What on earth was that sick, disgraceful move? I have you know it is not a real jutsu."
"Now Naruto you can stay away from Konohamaru, I do not want you influencing the future Hokage with your childish, bogus behaviors. Do you have no shame in yourself?"
Konohamaru, the grandson of Lord 3rd Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi. He wields a lot of will of fire and is eager to prove himself superior. He declares Naruto is his rival and that someday Naruto is going to be an amazing Shinobi, a shinobi that he will pass. He sort of obeys his Sensei Ebisu, but at times he could be as mischievious as Naruto, or trys to be. Konohamaru lacks in being stealthy but where he lacks stealth, he replaces it with a whole lot of mouth. This boy will have you convence that he is annoying in about three minutes.
"HEY Naruto! Can we play Ninja today?!"
"Check out this, I call it "insert name of choice" no jutsu!"
"I did it!! I mastered the all new sexy jutsu! Wow Naruto you are an amazing shinobi, that is why you are my rival!"
"Oooooh Come On Naruto! Just for a bit longer?"
"No... Hmp, I am not going to be the next Hokage, Naruto is! I am going to be the Hokage after him! (All proud and exciting sounding)."
Kurama, the ninetailed demon fox. Not the friendliest of friends and definetly not the kind you want sealed to your belly. He is fueled by anger and hate, and no one even bothers to ask him for his name. Known for ravaging and destroying the hidden leaf, the Lord 4th Hokage sealed him away into a newborn child at the cost of his own life. But the events of that day lead him here, a prisoner to a boy.
"AAAAAARRRGGGGGGGHH!"
"RRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGH"
(A bunch of growls)
"What who am I?! I have been here the whole time!"
"You stupid brat! I don't know who you think you are, you will never have control over me!"
"HaHaHaHaHa! You humor me pest."
"Now get out! I am done talking to you, you idiot."
Extra voices for practice and a way to add more members to the team "Voice Panic".

As the title suggests I am looking also for anyone who would love to create their own covers of Naruto themes or their own twist on the original themes. For YouTube, YouTube is a huge copyright fighter and will nit-pick the audio of our series and try to find something to use that will bring the Chapters down. So to avoid or to fight against this, instead of using the original official audio, I am open to listening to what you all can do!
This means when submitting your application, You Are Not subjected or force to compose Naruto themes or covers. You can literally make up a sound, record it, and send it over to me to be viewed or rather listened to.
But if you do, seek to express an emotion. Like a sad theme, a fast theme for a chase, an action theme, a happy theme for a good moment, reflection theme for when characters think back. But send an application of your work.
Say something you think would fit
So this is going to be a thing to, I want to do mash up of seemingly random panels from the manga with an audio and a singing performer in the background, this would be treated as our opening and it changes as we advance through arcs (Like in the anime but in a manga format). Sometimes a different singer, sometimes a different composer, but most importantly the over all final cut may only be 30 seconds. The recordings could be a full version but I would only use the max of 30 seconds, so we can get on with the show. So don't be shy or afraid to audition, what if you were the star we needed!
Sing a Naruto Opening of your choice with Instrumental but at max of 30 seconds.
Sing a chorus to a song (any song) without instrumental.
Sing a verse of a song of your choice with instrumental.
