Project Overview

Koukai Infection is a dark visual novel that takes place in a futuristic city called Shinryu District. The story follows the protagonist; Mei Tanaka, along with her best friend, Rei Kohaku. As strange events unfold around the city and a nearby mall, the two young girls find themselves faced with strange series of occurrences that threaten to unravel the lives of everyone around them. Guided by Proxy, an AI companion with unclear motives, Mei navigates an increasingly dangerous reality and is faced with countless struggles physically, and mentally. Key themes include:

    Hello! I'm so glad so many people are taking interest in this project.
