that's Junior, Little Godzilla, one of the first born kaiju of the Heisei era.
when he grows up he'll be bigger than the Millennium version of his father...maybe as big as a couple of buildings and not much taller than the Empire State Building...about a 100 feet.
I wouldn't worry too much, here in the park, around dinner time is where the kaijus get hungry. After the park closes.
