Project Overview
It's time to party through time and space!
Zoe is a cosmic entity of unimaginable power, compressed into the shape, size, and personality of a little girl. Normally, she hops from world to world in her never-ending quest to have fun and be herself. But now that Summer is coming, Zoe has an all-new look, featuring watery hair, bouncin' bubbles, and funny little seagulls!
Pool Party Zoe is an enigmatic ocean spirit who occasionally visits mortals when they hang near the coast. She's known to impart wisdom, party hard, and drop marine life from the sky to liven things up.

Zoe is a talker. Like, a big one. She has a tendency to ramble, and may or may not have hyper-activity. Her voice is high-pitched, bordering on annoying, but she never skips a beat when she's saying her thoughts or talking to herself. Although she is a fast-talking little girl, it is very obvious she knows things other don't, and her voice can dip into a lower register when she says a serious or unnerving line.
A reality that’s a never ending party? I’m never leaving this one!
Never gaze into the darkness of the ocean. There’s, like, some crazy stuff down there.
Ahhh.... I can finally let my hair down and relax.
One time, I saw a cute boy and was like "Ooh, I’ll give him a centropristis striata!” Yeah...turns out boys don’t like that.
We’re all grains of sand on one big beach. Like, a super big beach.
Mortals can barely dive more than like a hundred feet! Where’s the fun in that?
Ocklepods are the cutest. Them and their widdle eyes!
True fear can only be felt while face to face with a dragon-shark.
Did you know there’s also a ground, cloud, and lava me? I don’t like lava me, she’s kinda boring. Cloud me, though? She knows how to party!
