Project Light is a Bio-Weapon like Shadow, and considered a more improved version, more machine than organ with blood flows and much harder to beat. His voice is a darker and evil version of Shadow (Any version from the games will do, or your own version if you wish, I'm open to improvements) In this story he's after something called Genesis, and the link to it is Amy. He doesn't show much emotion like Shadow, which proves he more machine, but still has the voice of Shadow.
