Project Overview
Hello everyone, you are in the midst of an amazing opportunity, My name is Ziolot and I am the founder and creator of the ZWEEBZ. The ZWEEBZ are a team of voice actors, singers and editors where we make Fandubs and abridgments. Our goal is to work on all mainstream animes that DO NOT have English dubs and give them their own English dubs. We can assure you that we are absolutely dedicated in the making of these projects, in fact we are currently almost finished with our first Fandub, Sakura Trick. We plan on making another one after this and this is mainly why I am asking for all of you. At the moment we are non profit due to copyright but thanks to a very successful Kickstarter, I am able to pay everyone for their hard work. We're currently a team of 10 members where I am the editor and the rest are Voice Actors, 2 of them are also editors and 1 makes translated lyrics for the songs.
What I am looking for are voice actors with different varieties of voices, personalities, and good quality equipment. Due to the fact that these videos are supposed to feel like an actual dub, I will not accept low quality microphones, it is no offence to your acting, but just a little friendly advice for good actors who have poor quality. Fair warning, some of the projects we will work on may be a little sus so if you have a problem with that, please let me know and I will find something else for you. Regardless, please send me any demos you have or any voices you wanna give me, please submit that in the auditions. If you fit what I am looking for, I will send you a link to the discord server and I will give you further instructions
I am also looking for talented singers, if you have any song covers or you singing karaoke on Friday night, then by all means send them here. We have someone on our team that translates Japanese lyrics into English very well timed so don't worry about having to do that, your job is to listen to the song and sing your heart out and we will take care of the rest. We really wanna feel emersed in the whole English thing so that's why we do this, and please do not worry, we have a good sound mixer so we won't make you sound stupid, we promise.
If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask me in CC DMs, I just wanna let you know that I'm not looking for a certain amount of actors or singers, I am simply trying to find really good actors and singers so the more the merrier.
