Akemi Usagi is the main protagonist of Ikinobiru: New Game of Despair. She is a nice, friendly, calm girl, so her voice is also gonna be calm and approachable. But her voice does raise when she's angry, or fearful. Akemi also cries at almost everyone's deaths, since she's able to be friends with everyone. The actor needs to know how to go from calm or sad to angry quickly.
Voice: Mid-pitched, normal, calm in general. May have anger, fear, or sad emotions often, so count that in too.
(Confident for the first sentence; questioning for the other) "My name is Akemi Usagi. I can't remember any particular 'talent' I might have now."
(Confusion, fear, a bit of anger) "How are you so perceptive of others? How can you read minds so easily?!"
(Crying, definitely upset, the caps lock sentence is screaming) "Y-Yuki... W-why...? WHAT IS HAPPENING ANYMORE?! I...I don't get it..."

Moe Nishikawa is a supporting antagonist of Ikinobiru: New Game of Despair for the most part of it. She first seems harmless, but is actually crazy in her head, like, REALLY crazy. She is often cheerful, helping, so she has a cute and high-pitched voice, but for when Moe gets really REALLY insane, the voice must be a lower pitch and really aggressive, the voice must be strong enough to express the insanity of hers.
Voice: High-pitched, cute, harmless for the most part, but also a strong, lower-pitched, aggressive voice due to how much she has lost it for some parts
(Cheerful, louder voice for the first sentence) "I am Moe Nishikawa, as the Ultimate Trend Designer!! I am looking forward to be friends with you, Akemi-chan!"
(Fake verge of crying) "...What did I do to you, Akemi-chan... to hate me like this...?"
(Completely lost it, insane, aggressive) "AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! You have ALL fallen into my TRAP!! I can't believe how IDIOTIC you guys actually ARE!!"

Saki Suzuki is the secondary antagonist of Ikinobiru: New Game of Despair, but the main antagonist for the whole Ikinobiru story. She is harsh, mean and closed-minded, doesn't talk much so she won't be supposed to reveal much about herself. Saki is really secretive and mysterious so nobody knows that she is actually the Mastermind of all 16 Killing Games that happened until the one she's in.
Voice: Mid-pitched, mean, mysterious. A Filipino accent is preferred since Saki is Filipino.
(Bored, due to talking) "Let's say I am Saki Suzuki, and talent... Volleyball Player."
(Harsh, annoyed) "Just, leave me alone! Talking can kill me..."
(Thoughtful for the first sentence, mean for the other) "Hmm... how can I esc- KYAA!! D-Don't spy on me like that!!"

Shizuka Yatsuka is a character featured in Ikinobiru: New Game of Despair. She's a calm, quiet bookworm, loves spending time in the library, which means the voice is gonna be calm too. Almost never gets sad or angry.
Voice: Low-pitched, calm, quiet. The actor needs to know how to raise the voice a little when the character is angry
(Normal voice) "Shizuka Yatsuka... Ultimate Historian I suppose..."
(Normal voice again) "It's because it would cover up the floors below the top one."
(Angry, raised voice) "Hey, hey!! Don't go scribbling on those books! I need some information out of them!"

Izumi Kazuma is a character featured in Ikinobiru: New Game of Despair. She is serious and stern but gets softer as time passes by. She gets really soft once she starts comforting Dakura. So her voice is gonna be low and soft.
Voice: Low-pitched, soft, calm, serious for the first part
(Normal serious voice) "My name is Izuma Kazuma. And I am the Ultimate Biologist."
(A bit upset, softer voice) "Sometimes, plants need help too..."
(Sad, soft voice) "It's gonna be okay Dakura... Believe me..."
Tomoko Usami is a character featured in Ikinobiru: New Game Of Despair. Tomoko is an energetic and hotheaded girl who is always ready to take on a challenge. She mostly screams, so the actor needs a strong voice that can scream, and also high-pitched at the same time.
Voice: High-pitched, strong enough to scream a lot, can get moody, so prepare for a lot of moods. She speaks any language with Japanese accent
(Screaming) "HYAAAAA!! Don't mess with Tomoko Usami, the Ultimate Karate Master unless you too know Karate!!"
(Fearful, also screaming, in the verge of crying) "KYAAA!! W-w-what is T-THAT?!? W-WHY?!?!"
(Calm voice for the first part, screaming for the other) "Breath in... breath out... inhale... exhale...nYYEUUGGGHHHH!! I feel better!!"
Yumiko Hatanaka is a character featured in Ikinobiru: New Game Of Despair. She is often rude to others, and can't stand nonsense people. She loves sports and exercises with Tomoko daily. She is a legit brat, so her voice would be like a typical anime brat.
Voice: Mid-high-pitched, rude, boyish-like, typical anime brat voice, Arabic accent is preferred since Yumiko is half Arabic, but it's not as not as required as Saki's Filipnio accent.
(Rude, done with the one she speaks to) "Ugh... Fine! I am Yumiko Hatanaka. Do you want talent too?! Ugh! It's Ultimate Runner, now go away!"
(Rude, done again, annoyed) "Ugh, I TOLD you, I don't want to do that!! That's really embarrassing, stop that shit!"
(Tolerating) "Fine, but, it won't take long, right?"
Haruhi Oshima is a character featured in Ikinobiru: New Game Of Despair. She is really shy and insecure, she tries her best in everything and has low confidence. Haruhi often speaks slowly, so the actor will need to know how to make a shy voice that blabbers due to the low confidence. She also cries often, so note that
Voice: High-pitched, shy, timid. Haruhi is half Egyptian but has still normal accent
(Really shy) "I...U-um...I am... uhh... H-Haruhi...Oshima...Ultimate...G-Game Developer...h-hope we can...umm....g-get to know each other..."
(Fearful, crying) "EEEEK! S-Sorry... D-don't get m-mad at me p-please...! I-I am t-trying my... b-best...!"
(Trying to be confident) "I got some sandwiches p-packed. H-hope it's good enough..."
Chinatsu Hatanari is a character featured in Ikinobiru: New Game of Despair, although she will have a bigger significance later on. She is upbeat and energetic, and often is the mood-maker due to her positiveness and energy. She makes a lot of references, from anime, video games and even songs, so the actor does need to have a little bit of singing experience. She does make Danganronpa references too, but can't remember that those are from Danganronpa.
Voice: High-pitched, energetic, she is half Spanish so if she has a Spanish accent that would be great. I put Latin American just in case, also, like I said, the actor must have a bit of singing experience due to her song references. Also, she speaks fast, so the voice actor must also know how to speak fast
(Cheerful, sociable) "Ohhh!! I should introduce myself already?! ALRIGHT!! Ahem! I am Chinatsu Hatanari!! I'm on duty to be friends with everyone!"
(Excited, sings the lyrics like in the song EXO - Lotto) "Oh oh!! Can you PLEASE play the song that goes like "Lipstick chateau wainppit color"?
(Surprised) "Woah, you look like one of those sexy female characters in Multiplayer Online Battle Area games!"
Karma Benice is a character featured in Ikinobiru: New Game of Despair who has a significance, but nobody knows how big it is and if it's good or not. She is loud and talks pretty much, she often yells whenever she sees someone breaking a rule. Her voice is strong so keep that in mind.
Voice: High-pitched, strong, loud, but is actually a soft voice too
(Sociable, but mad at the first part) "Alright, but keep in mind! Don't break any school rule, because I am Karma Benice, the Ultimate School Supervisor!"
(Angry, aggressive) "HEY!! No violence is allowed in the school fields!!"
(Happy, chill) "Ahh... the water feels nice... I love it, this type of environment is now acceptable in my school standards."
Risako Shiroyama is a character featured in Ikinobiru: New Game of Despair. She has a strong voice and strong opinions, so the voice actor also needs a strong voice. She loves talking, so the voice actor must also know how to talk a lot.
Voice: Mid-pitched and strong
(Confident) "Hap! This is Risako Shiroyama, the Ultimate.... ehhh.... at your service!"
(Angry) "So we have to kill each other over motives?! That's no good! Murder is still murder!"
(Calm, smiling through the pain) "It's okay sister, maybe we will meet again sometime."
Dakura Shiroyama is a character featured in Ikinobiru: New Game of Despair, She is shy, timid, and often mumbles in words, so the voice actor should be good in actual acting, because Dakura sometimes even cries. She starts crying a lot and even yelling in tears after her sister Risako.
Voice: High-pitched, shy, mumbling
(Insecure) "I- um, umm.... I am... Duh-Dakura Shiroyama... Uh-Ultimate uhhh.... ummm... uhhhmmmmm....."
(Agitated) "Ahh!! I'm really sorry!! I just... assumed.. thuh-that is ALL!!...."
(Crying) "Nooo... *sniff* suh-sister.... Don't leave me..."
Yuki Kotaki is the protagonist helper in Ikinobiru: New Game of Despair, She is calm, collected, reserved, overly intelligent since she's a robotic being, so it would be cool if the voice actor could edit the voice to sound a little bit robotic, but only a little bit to not be too obvious.
Voice: Mid-high-pitched, calm
(Neutral) "My name is Yuki Kotaki, and my talent is Ultimate Chess Master. Nice to meet you."
(Calm) "It's no good if you judge things right away."
(Thinking) "Let's see, a classroom, a gym... This is supposed to be some school, but this looks old so I guess it was abandoned, then found and made some sort of Killing Game place."
Mio Oshina is a character featured in Ikinobiru: New Game of Despair, She is calm, cheerful and playful, only to hide her cruel personality. She is part of the Elemental Sisters, and her element is water. Note that Mio also has a cute voice, so the voice actor needs a cute voice too. Mio is also a huge "actress" so the voice actor must have a bit of acting experience
Voice: Mid-high-pitched, calm, playful, cute
(Playful) "Uh oh! How unfortunate! You have met Mio Oshina, Ultimate Painter~! Now leave or else you might die~!"
(Fake sadness) "Owh my gawd! Are you okay? Do you need some help?"
(Mischievous) "Psh, it just happens, baby girl~! Just smile and get over with it!"
Midori Ichinoseki is a character featured in Ikinobiru: New Game of Despair, She has a cute, boyish voice (if girl voice) or girlish voice (if boy voice), the voice needs to be gender neutral so it can make people question Midori's gender, which is actually male, because traps are the best and everybody knows it. Midori is also playful and friendly, but doesn't like being disturbed while she is playing music
Voice: High-pitched, cute, gender neutral
(Friendly approach) "Hello hello! Midori Ichinoseki is here, playin' songs like no tomorrow as the Utlimate DJ!"
(Annoyed) "Muhhhh... leave me alone to do this mix already! Or else I'm gonna be late..."
(Worried) "That means I can't safely listen to music anymore..."
Ayano Atsuko is a character featured in Ikinobiru: New Game of Despair, She doesn't like interacting that much, and is often clumsy or sleepy. She fals asleep easily, so it's hard for her to pay attention to anything. She does have a mental breakdown with lotsa yelling so the voice actor must know how to raise the voice into a lowkey annoying tone. She also takes anti-psychotics and anti-depressants but barely does an effect.
Voice: Mid-pitched, often tired, can get aggressive
(Insecure) "Uhh... Ayano Atsuko, Ultimate Weapon Expert... Yeah... That's about it"
(Tired, the tiredness gets more and more noticeable after each dot) "I think it has to do with uhh... well I.... ummm... *falls asleep*"
(Yelling, aggressive) "BITCH WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU?! WHY THE FUCK WOULD I BE THE GODDAMN KILLER, DID YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT IT CLEARLY IN THAT MINUSCULE BRAIN OF YOURS?!"
Kasumi Inazuma is the main antagonist in Ikinobiru: New Game of Despair, but her real version is the main protagonist of the story, This Kasumi is basically a hot version of Monokuma. Think of Monokuma's voice, then think of Kasumi. And of course, she talks a lot, that's why I gave many lines for the last one
Voice: High-pitched, annoying, can do literally anything
"Hello there! Your headmaster, Kasumi Inazuma, on the job!"
"You people are locked in this school for a special killing game your headmaster has prepared!"
"These are your I-Handbooks!
Each I-Handbook is personalized for each student and has their own ID each.
You can use them to look at the motive I will give you to kill, but also for other cool stuff.
You can also look at the map of the school, look with whoever you spend most time... look how much time is there left to kill, and even enter some secret rooms that only you can enter!
Something like the dorms out there, and Talent Rooms.
