The lead protagonist of Hope in Friends, Neon the Pikachu, is a human-turned-Pokémon with an energetic, youthful attitude and a mysterious purpose. His emotions will range from bombastic and slapstick to heavy concern and sorrow when prompted. We picture him with somewhat of a younger, higher-pitched voice.
