Hero la Kill comic dub auditions
Project Overview
Welcome to the casting call of Hero La Kill!! We have a deadline of April 26, 2022. You may submit auditions for multiple characters. Submit a separate audio WAV file (preferred recording) or MP3 file if you’re auditioning for multiple roles under the correct character. NOTE: This casting call is for a portion of the characters, not all of the ones that will appear in the dubs. More casting calls will be updated as time goes on!

Slate the audio title correctly. Here’s an example below

Here's the process: Submit auditions here. Then we will contact you to perform more line reading auditions in a live discord call. Once that's done and we consider you, we will shoot you a message! Thanks!

If you didn't do this when submitting right before or after submitting audition before the deadline, you will not be considered for this round (but will be for the future as long as you submit the info at that time on a new form). It's important to read things and submit on time. NO LATE RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED!!!

Satsuki Kiryuin is defined by her high intelligence and iron will. She will only act when necessary, as she is mainly calm and calculative. But when she takes matter into her own hands, she rules with an iron fist.
[Mid to low pitch voice]
“Ryuko Matoi. Consider this a lucky turn of events, for you will need the training from UA before you are considered fit to continue being a nuisance here.” [Serious, but calm]
“Oh, please! You never actually enrolled here, Matoi. So for the time being, we’ve decided to send you to a school who actually wants you around for whatever worth they see in you.” [Raising her voice, berating Ryuko]
“Very well then, I expect you to be packed and ready by tomorrow morning for your boat trip. Till then, take your hurt feelings and go.” [Taunting Ryuko while being smug]
Tenya Iida is the class rep of 1-A. He may come off as very strict and rigid, but he cares greatly for his peers and wishes for them to succeed. He is also an honorbound student that follows the hero code to a fault.
[Mid to low pitch voice]
“Wait, Satsuki Kiryuin? THE Satsuki Kiryuin? You’re from Honnoji Academy?!” [Surprised]
“I’ll have to go home and check my schedule. I will be sure to notify you two by text! Midoriya, you can relay the information to Matoi, right?” [Normal speaking voice]
“ATTENTION! Homeroom class is about to begin! Everyone, stop talking and take your seats!” [Urgency]
Inko Midoriya is a cheerful mother who wants nothing more than happiness for her loved ones.
[Mid to low pitch voice]
“What? Uwaaaaaaa! RYUKOO! I recognize that red streak of hair! It’s been such a long time! I’m so surprised you remember me!” [Excited, missing a longtime friend]
“Ryuko I-I… I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to mention him…” Inko tried to apologize. [Somber, sad]
“That sounds wonderful, Mako. I would ask for the recipe to try to make it myself, but it seems that escapes us currently.” [Confused/taken back by the absurdity of something, but still joyful]
Aikurō can easily be described as flamboyant and flirtatious, but can be serious and direct when he needs to. When undercover, he takes on the persona of a tired and unenthusiastic teacher. He is a glamorous smooth-talker with a habit of slowly stripping his clothes.

“The better question is why aren’t you? Well, to be fair you wouldn’t know the answer, but let me get to the point. I’m an agent of Nuuuuudist Beaaaaaaach~.” [Flamboyant and dramatic]
“Going to UA High School may not be what you want, but the growth you could achieve there would be more beneficial to you and put you in a better position to fight back against Satsuki.” [Serious but instructive]
“U-u… ugh. Wow… Your boyfriend’s got a mean right hook, Matoi. Makes sense since Tsumugu now has another bandage to add to the collection.” [Slightly tired]
Keigo is shown to be highly intelligent, both emotionally and logistically. He promotes a carefree and jovial attitude, while his constant vigilance often hides under layers of serenity and equanimity. Keigo acts laid-back while being on constant alert, seeming to look quite rude at times.

‘The Isshin Matoi mansion huh? I wonder what info this guy can provide me with? For some reason, he seems desperate. Maybe this can help get us to a quick resolution on those tremors.’ [Deep thinking, serious]
“I’d rather have you NOT attack them in the first place. The commission already has me breathing down your neck. Do you want UA of all places to come for you, too?” [Serious]
“Damn dude, why are you stripping?!” [Freaked out]
Nezu is an eccentric, polite, and persistent educator. He is quite self-aware of his odd appearance and introduces himself by pointing it out. He enjoys "toying" with humans. He still holds a grudge over the many experiments he went through, coming off as slightly insane and unpredictable as a result.

“Why hello there, Ryuko! I know what you must be thinking; ‘Is he a dog, a rat, or a bear?’ But the truth is: I'M THE PRINCIPAL!" [Optimistic]
“Thank you for this information, you two. It is greatly appreciated. Since Ryuko Matoi is the key to stopping this crisis, I will move forward with your Student Transfer Proposal.”
“Very well. We can make this work then. However, until you’ve decided if you’ll stay here or not, you still will need to remain here since we don’t want to put our budget on your expenses until you confirm it.”
All Might's hero persona appears to be derived from comic book superhero stereotypes: exuberant and filled with dramatic flair. He always protects and saves innocents, with a huge smile. Once All Might reverts to his true form, he becomes reserved and solemn, avoiding attention in direct contrast to the grandiosity of his hero identity.
[Low voice for Toshinori. Loud and booming for All Might.]
“Young Bakugo, cool your jets. Let’s go review your work. Whether you win or lose, you can always take something away from an experience like this. As long as you’re open to learning.” [All Might form. Instructing Bakgugo]
“AND NOW FOR A LESSON… YOU MAY HAVE HEARD THESE WORDS BEFORE… BUT I’LL SHOW YOU WHAT THEY REALLY MEAN! GO BEYOND!! PLUS… UUUUUULLLLTRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!” [All Might form. Powerful screaming while attacking]
“Trust me, young man. There are things out there that even people like Young Matoi are ill-prepared for. Forces that have even kept me on my back foot.” [Toshinori Yagi. Calmly talking]
Chiyo has a kind and compassionate personality, where she treats everyone kindly. She does have a strict and reproaching attitude towards foolish behavior that can lead to injuries.

“My quirk stimulates your body’s ability to heal, but healing takes energy. It’s not my fault, that’s just how the body works. Get too many big injuries, your stamina will be shot and you’ll die instead of healing, so be careful.”
“I’m glad you brought them here. This could have been much worse if they hadn’t started receiving treatment.” [Note: Said in a somber tone]
Cementoss is an often serious yet pleasant individual. He is very careful of the well being of others.

"He's… interesting to say the least. To be honest with you, in all my years in teaching at UA, I can never get a read on him. He’s so cryptic that it’s almost disturbing.” [A bit cautious, but still speaking normally]
“See for yourself, we’ve just arrived!” [Enthusastic]
Gamagōri is always serious, bearing no tolerance for foolishness or rule-breaking, and often shouts at the top of his lungs whenever opposed in any way.

“And why are you the one that received such an important document? Any and all documents from outside the island must ALWAYS arrive in Honnō City’s Multipurpose Mailing System. And if not there, then it would arrive here...in MY office. So by all means Mikisugi, explain yourself!!” [Growing frustrated, then proceed to yell]
“I have come to deliver something, for you have been gifted with the opportunity to straighten yourself out. Something I believe you’re long overdue for.” [Normal speaking voice, while criticizing]
“MATOI! NICE TO SEE THAT YOU MADE IT THROUGH NO TARDIES DAY!”
Although Nonon often presents a cute and sweet facade, she is a very sassy girl who possesses an extremely caustic wit. She is the most outright arrogant out of the Elite Four.

[Mid-high to High pitch voice]
“Cool your jets, you North Kanto monkey. It’s not like you’re the only one who wanted a crack at the new girl.” [Taunting]
“After hearing about your full transfer, we had to come pick up Sanageyama before he put us under UA’s watch list. The Kanto Monkey just had to go off and try to get his kicks in. And look at what happened here. He lost.” [Frustrated, naggy]
“I think we’ll be leaving now. Have fun with your new boy toy, new girl~” [Teasing]
He's highly sarcastic, often mocking others just for the sake of it and barely showing any kind of emotion other than mild amusement towards a selected few. As Inumuta is extremely protective of his data and in turn, his laptop, with any actions that can cause potential damage resulting in him losing his cool and going into a comically portrayed rage.

“If I were to guess, you’re probably wanting to snuggle up to UA High and take them down along with those schools in the Kansai region at some point. But I’m still trying to see the bigger picture here.” [analyzing, questioning]
“Everything is operating as usual. Nothing to report here.”
“Yes, but we’ll be gone by then. So, I don’t see why you’re so calm?”
Uzu is rather laid back and cocky, possessing absolute confidence in his abilities, always eager to test himself against worthy opponents.

“I know the consequences of failing, though sitting around here all day is just going to dull my senses.” [Joking]
“Oh, a sharp one, huh? ‘Thought we did a good enough job to keep ourselves out of the public eye. I think Inamuta would like you. Also, green hair? I dig it.” [Impressed]
