Clem is a redneck ghost who works in the boilerroom area of the hotel. He seems to have a big interest in pool floats. His voice sounds like what you would expect from a redneck or a hillbilly, but more relaxed. It's not meant to be over-the-top.
They call me Clem. Ah work at thuh boiler room in this here here hotel.
Muh home at Boilerworks. It may smell... but Ah ain't complainin'.
