Project Description
This is a small project for dubbing a variety of Genshin Impact comics for entertainment purposes. Not all of the characters are listed in this project, but more will be added in the future. The deadline is June 12, 2021 and I will not be casting before the deadline. I will extend the deadline if needed. All communication will be through Discord, but if you do not have Discord I am available through email or Instagram.
Requirements
1. Have a clear mic with little to no background noise.
2. Be able to turn in your lines on time.
3. Must be 13+ to audition. Since I will be communicating through Discord, TOS requires you be at least 13 years old.
4. Leave your Discord name and tag in the description. I will be sending you a friend request if you are cast. If you do not have Discord, please leave your Instagram name or email so I can contact you.
5. Impressions: I would prefer to have voices that are close to the original dub, but feel free to add your own interpretation to the voice.

Venti is a free-spirited, wine-loving bard in Mondstadt and the current mortal vessel of Barbatos, the Anemo Archon. He is also a playable Anemo character in Genshin Impact.
(Introduction line) "*yawn* That was a refreshing sleep. Ah, Traveler, we meet again! What? You don't remember me? Ahaha, well, allow me to join you on your quest once again. I must see to it that the bards of the world tell the Traveler's tales!"
(Comic line) "Man, this party is dead."
(Comic line) "I can't believe that old block-head really did it... I mean, he's just so dense and-"
Zhongli is a playable Geo character in Genshin Impact. He is later revealed to be the current mortal vessel of the Geo Archon, Morax, who has decided to experience the world from the perspective of a mortal.
(Introduction line) "A new contract? Okay. I'm still on leave, but I can accompany you for a while. What name should I use on the contract? I have a great many names, though when on leave... I tend to go by Zhongli. And you, Traveler? What name will you be signing on this contract?"
(Comic line) "Oh no, don't let me interrupt you, please continue. What were you saying, something about me being dense...?"
(Comic line) "Bard. This is a funeral."
Hu Tao is a playable Pyro character in Genshin Impact. She is the 77th Director of the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor.
(Introduction line) "Yoh, now why might you be looking for me, hm? Oh, you didn't know? I'm the 77th Director of the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor, Hu Tao. Though by the looks of you... Radiant glow, healthy posture... Yes, you're definitely here for something other than that which falls within my regular line of work, aren't you?"
(Comic line) "Ha! What kind of exorcist are you if you've never seen a ghost? Haha."
(Game line) " *fanfare* You've been pranked!"
An exorcist from Liyue, Chongyun is a playable Cryo character in Genshin Impact. He was born with excessive yang (positive) energy, which has proven to be both a help and a hindrance.
(Introduction line) "My name is Chongyun. My family has practiced the art of exorcism in Liyue for many generations. Fate has been generous in allowing my path to cross with that of your distinguished self. ...Oh, no — my services are free of charge!"
(Comic line) "No, I will literally die."
(Game line) "Exorcism uses thaumaturgy and martial arts to conquer evil. There are other means to the same end, but they are not the true way."
Xingqiu is a playable Hydro character in Genshin Impact. He is the second son of the Guild Manager of the Feiyun Commerce Guild, an influential group in Liyue, and is also a self-proclaimed practitioner of the Guhua Clan's arts.
(Introduction line) "Xingqiu at your service, my liege! I humbly trust that even one such as I, a mere bookworm, may yet prove to be of some utility under your wise leadership. Nice, I don't often get a chance to speak with such formality. It felt pretty good!"
(Comic line) "Help me please, I can feel the heat."
(Game line) "Oh my goodness... Oh my gosh... Wow— Huh? "All will be revealed in the next volume"? Aw, drat..."
Beidou is a playable Electro character in Genshin Impact. She is the captain of The Crux, a renowned crew in Liyue. Besides her capabilities as a fleet captain and her immense strength, many in Liyue know her for her lack of fear towards the Tianquan of the Liyue Qixing, Ningguang — a trait that the other woman appreciates, yet grows irritated by.
(Introduction line) "I'm Beidou. You've heard of my ship, The Crux, and its crew? If you too love adventure, then join me. I've got your back."
(Comic line) "Hey. Stop bullying my kids."
(Game line) "I chose you as my crewmate, as my comrade on the sea. It gives me great pride to be able to say that."
Yanfei is a playable Pyro character in Genshin Impact. She is the child of an adeptus father and human mother. After she grew up, her parents left to go on an adventure, placing her in the care of Madame Ping. She resides in Liyue, serving as a legal advisor for its people.
(Introduction line) "My name is Yanfei, top legal expert in Liyue — and for the avoidance of doubt, no-one else comes close!
(Comic line) "You're on thin hecking ice. Oh no!"
(Game line) "I'll remind you again: The law can be both a help and a hindrance."
Tartaglia, also known by his alias "Childe", is a playable Hydro character in Genshin Impact. He is the most recent member of the Eleven Harbingers of the Fatui.
(Introduction line) "I'm No. 11 of the Fatui Harbingers, codename Childe, but I also go by Tartaglia. And you... Hmm, you too like to cause quite the stir, don't you? Something tells me we're going to get along splendidly."
(Comic line) "What a joke! Are you an obedient little kitty?! You really like that "pat-pat" on your head?! Pff-"
(Game line) "The world looks glorious in the snow. Pure white, like the light of the moon. A perfect backdrop for bloodshed."
Razor is a playable Electro character in Genshin Impact .Abandoned as an infant, Razor was taken in by the Wolf of the North, Andrius, and raised by his wolf pack in Wolvendom.
(Introduction line) "You smell... nice! Let's hunt."
(Comic line) "Razor is strong, Razor can protect, because she is my lupical."
(Game line) "You are my friend. We can hunt. Together."
Bennett is a playable Pyro character in Genshin Impact. An orphan discovered by an elderly adventurer as a baby, Bennett was raised in Mondstadt's Adventurers' Guild. He is the one and only member of "Benny's Adventure Team," as everyone else left the team after experiencing the constant misfortune that follows him.
(Introduction line) "This is your team? Cool... I like the vibe. I'm Bennett, leader of Benny's Adventure Team. Any chance we can team up? Please?
(Comic line) "Are you alone Mr. Hilichurl? Is it yours?"
(Game line) "Don't stand too close to me, or you might get hit by lightning too."
Fischl is a playable Electro character in Genshin Impact. Fischl is an investigator for Mondstadt's Adventurers' Guild, accompanied by the night raven Oz.
(Introduction line) "I, Fischl, Prinzessin der Verurteilung, descend upon this land by the call of fate an— Oh, you are also a traveler from another world? Very well, I grant you permission to travel with me."
(Game line) "Sweet shall be thy sleep, spared of the mares of the night! For no night mares would dare draw near to those who are blessed by the Immernachtreich!
(Game line) "Hm-hm. A wonderful sight indeed. Why, it reminds me of my home world, where at the sight of the Prinzessin der Verurteilung, the very blood and tears of sinners turn to ice! ...Atchoo! Atchoo!
Xinyan is a playable Pyro character in Genshin Impact. Rock 'n' roll is a relatively unpopular style of music in Liyue, having recently been brought over from Fontaine.
(Introduction line) "Xinyan's the name, an' rock 'n' roll's the game — and I'm the only one who plays it in Liyue Harbor. Been thinking about staging concerts elsewhere lately, but... Hmm... Well, word is that you've been all over the place, Traveler. So, what say you sign me up for your world tour? Anywhere's good!
(Game line) "I just came up with an awesome new riff, wanna hear it?
(Game line) "Alright, that's a wrap! yawns If there's nothin' else, I'll go take a nap somewhere...
Keqing is a playable Electro character in Genshin Impact. Keqing is the Yuheng of the Liyue Qixing. She is someone who seeks her own answers instead of idly letting chaos run amok in Liyue.
(Introduction line) "I am Keqing, Yuheng of the Liyue Qixing. We live in an era of change, as the old order that has existed for a thousand years is about to be rewritten. Join me. Let us bear witness to this historical moment together.
(Game line) "Come on. Enough procrastinating. Let's go."
(Game line) "Oh, so... Rex Lapis wanted me to have power beyond the average mortal so that I can be a great leader? Huh... I like to think I'd do an admirable job even without his blessing! Yeah, I'll show him... I won't give him any reason to be disappointed with me..."
Ganyu is a playable Cryo character in Genshin Impact. She serves as an emissary and secretary for the Liyue Qixing.
(Introduction line) "Copy that! Here is a draft Service Agreement for your review and consideration. Effective immediately, if all is in order... Ah! Wait a sec, wait a sec, I forgot to sign it... Gan... Yu... There. Right. Now... What was it you needed me to do for you exactly?
(Comic line) "I-Impossible! There's still so much to do! I still have to fill up papers and...and.."
(Game line) "If you lie on the grass, you can feel the heartbeat of the world."
Klee is a playable Pyro character in Genshin Impact. The daughter of the intrepid — and destructive — adventurer Alice, Klee takes after her mother in many ways, much to the consternation of the Kights of Favonius whom she has been entrusted to.
(Introduction line) "Spark Knight Klee of the Knights of Favonius, reporting for duty! ...There's some more, but uh, I forgot. I'm not so good at remembering..."
(Comic line) "Weewoo weewoo weewoo!"
(Game line) "Lunchtime! What do you wanna eat today? Let me see if the Teyvat Travel Guide has any suggestions..."
Diona is a playable Cryo character in Genshin Impact. She is the daughter of Draff, a hunter in Springvale. Despite being a bartender at Cat's Tail, she actually despises alcohol and wants nothing more than to ruin Mondstadt's wine industry—a feat easier said than done when her patrons absolutely love her drinks.
(Introduction line) "Diona, bartender of the Cat's Tail! I charge a hefty fee for private events. Huh? You didn't come here for a drink? Hmm... Then I accept your invitation... I suppose..."
(Game line) "Rain! I hate rain! ...Let's go inside... I—I'm not scared of water, I just... hate it when my clothes get wet.
(Game line) "I—I wasn't waiting for you. I just happened to be resting!"
Qiqi is a playable Cryo character in Genshin Impact. Resurrected as a zombie by the adepti, she has ended up in Baizhu's care and now works at Bubu Pharmacy in Liyue Harbor.
(Introduction line) "I am Qiqi. I am a zombie. And I forgot what comes next."
(Game line) "Hold my hand please. This wind could blow me away."
(Game line) "One, two, three, four. Two, two, three, four..."
Albedo, also known as the Kreideprinz, is a playable Geo character in Genshin Impact. He is the Chief Alchemist and Captain of the Investigation Team of the Knights of Favonius.
(Introduction line) "I am Albedo, Chief Alchemist of the Knights of Favonius. You carry the aura of the stars, interesting... I would like to study you, if you do not mind. I'm certain we will have many opportunities to be alone in the future."
"How dare you say I'm depressed, Sucrose. Could a depressed person make this? Didn't think so."
(Game line) "Going out into the world and investigating, turning the "unknown" into the "known"... Ahh, I missed this feeling."
Scaramouche, known by his alias "Balladeer", is No. 6 of the Fatui's Eleven Harbingers.
"The first time, the Millelith were present. I had to forego the chance to strike down Mondstadt's savior. This time was the perfect moment... I was mere seconds away..."
(Game line) "Hah! Just because you are powerless to do something does not mean that I am. You're too late, anyway. I've finished my research."
(Game line) "The stars, the sky... It's all a gigantic hoax. A lie."
Diluc Ragnvindr is playable Pyro character in Genshin Impact. He is the current owner of the Dawn Winery and a nobleman of high esteem in Mondstadt society.
(Introduction line) "Diluc, of Mondstadt. Not interested in idle chit-chat. If you have things you want to get done, let me know."
(Game line) "Would you like to try the secret menu?"
(Game line) "You have already proven your determination. Well then, it is now time for you to witness my resolve."
Jean Gunnhildr is a playable Anemo character in Genshin Impact. She is the Acting Grand Master of the Knights of Favonius.
(Introduction line) "I am Jean, the Dandelion Knight, requesting approval to join your party. From this day onwards, my honor and loyalty lie with you."
(Game line) "It seems I'm immune to coffee now. Perhaps I need to ask Lisa for something... a little stronger.
(Game line) "I shoulder the knights' trust and the people's hope. It is for this reason, I must stay vigilant."
Kaeya Alberich is a playable Cryo character in Genshin Impact. He is a Cavalry Captain in the Knights of Favonius.
(Introduction line) "Kaeya, Knight of Favonius. Please, allow me to join you on your journey. Guarding you on your journey sounds far more entertaining than any of the usual Favonius stuff."
(Game line) "Do you drink wine? Dandelion wine has a unique body to it. Oh, you're underage? You should try Mondstadt's apple cider vinegar, I know just the place."
(Game line) "Leaving already? See you next time then, don't make me wait too long though."
