Gamma Girl and Friends Pilot: Crew
Project Overview
Welcome to my biggest pet project of my career! The following casting call is looking for the crew to help develop the Pilot of Gamma Girl and Friends. The following information has been pulled from the previous casting call for voice actors. NOTE: This casting call will remain open for as long as needed, until we have reached the desired capacity of our crew, even if it goes past the submission deadline.
Gamma Girl and Friends is a show that follows the everyday adventures of Joy and Faith with their Fluffle friends, Lily and Koco. By day they're ordinary citizens but by night (well also day too) they become Gamma Girl and Friends, fighting crime! This is a pitch for the pilot of the series. This is an original project with original story, animation, music, etc. A requirement for all auditions and submissions are as follows:
1) Must be 18 years old or older to apply. By applying you are confirming you are 18 years old or older.
2) To be considered, please provide your discord info. Or if you get accepted, a discord is required to be made. All production info and such will take place on discord and you will need to be available for that.
3) If you lack any of the preferred equipment we request, don't let that stop you! If you have the talent, we can work around any difference in equipment.
4) Each audition has it's own specific information. You can look what each audition requires by clicking on the description of each audition.
5) You can submit any and all auditions through casting call club but in the event where you are unable to (or have more files to share), you can send me your audition via email ggafofficialcasting @ gmail.com (spaces not included). Be sure to title all subject lines Gamma Girl and Friends PILOT Submissions. If any of the following is missing in the email you will not be considered, so be sure to check!
6) All is welcome to audition! You never know until you try.

Help us build the world of "Gamma Girl and Friends". From skyscrapers to shops to props to landscapes, you name it. We're searching for talented artist who can help illustrate this fintastic world! Here are the following requirements to qualify for the position:
1) Must be comfortable with drawing backgrounds and landscapes, including buildings, structures, roads, objects, and vehicles, in addition to nature scenes.
2) The artist must have at least a basic understanding of drawing concepts (Examples include but aren’t limited to shape, composition, values, perspective, color theory, etc.)
3) An artist must be willing to learn a new style. Lineless is preferred.
4) There are two primary preferred programs: Paintool Sai and Photoshop. Other programs are welcome; however, they must meet certain criteria:
a. The program must have a stroke stability feature, allowing the artist to stroke their lines slowly.
b. The program must allow the user to upload.abr brush files to utilize custom brushes.
c. The program must allow users to save their files in the.psd and.png formats.
d. The program must have a layer system.
e. The program must have a gradient feature for drawing the sky.
Again, Paintool Sai and Photoshop are heavily preferred, but other programs are fine as long as they meet those criteria.
After all of the following is considered, please submit a portfolio of your best works. By submitting you're agreeing with the above requirements.

- Color theory. Be at least comprehensive on how it works.
- Flexibility to share the editable file
- Printed media knowledge
- Adobe Suite knowledge
- Work close with the Art Director and Project Director to deliver illustrations and images that help promote the message of the project.

The series is going to utilize the art of puppet vectors. Many great shows use puppets from "Bluey" to "My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic". With this, it will save a lot of time in the animation stage. Here are the following requirements for this audition:
1) A portfolio of previous works.

3) Must have Adobe Animate/Adobe Flash or be willing to learn. (For the audition you can animate with the app of your choosing).

While vector animation is going to help the process, we still value traditional animators for this series. We're searching for traditional animators to help those in between scenes really stand out. Here are the following requirements for the audition:

This is where the magic happens. We're looking for hard working, self-paced, and reliable animators to help bring "Gamma Girl and Friends" to life. If chosen, you will be given a specific scene by our animation director to work on. Here are the following requirements for the audition:
1) Portfolio of Previous Works
2) Must have Adobe Animate/Adobe Flash or be willing to learn. (For the audition you are allowed to animate on the app of your choosing.)

Music and audio is a key component into bringing this world to life. We are currently looking for composers to help create the score of "Gamma Girl and Friends". Here are the following requirements for audition:
1) Portfolio of previous works.
2) All software's welcome in composing.

- A related portfolio or/and any proof of experience (10+ images)
- Color theory. Be at least comprehensive on how it works.
- Consistency on "drawing style"
- Flexibility to share the editable file
- Be able to draw perspective
- Anatomy knowledge
- Comic building knowledge
- Adobe Suite knowledge
- Work close with the Art Director and Project Director to deliver illustrations, comics, and images that help promote the message of the project

Here are the following requirements for the audition:
- No specific program BUT 1920 x 1080p ratio or higher, simply because we do need to be able to SEE
- At least some experience within storyboarding, a portfolio of previous works is required
- Ability to draw the characters in the style of the show
- Ability to draw backgrounds too (does not need to be in full detail but enough for other departments to understand)
- A CONSTANT STREAM OF UPDATES, I don’t care if it’s one panel or they are spamming multiple at a time but communication is key
