Hello there, My name is NationalsCreationals. Thank you for somehow popping on this page, welcome to Friday Night Funkin’: The Universal Parallelation! I’m the creator of this project, and I’m looking forward to working with you, this project is for fun and filled with a lot of characters and stories! The voice actors will help bring these characters to life and will be the official voices for these characters! Hopefully will be used for other things like skits, side projects, and other things! The gameplay will be changed from the original game, with some new assets and even achievements if needed or wanted. If you join the mod, you will share your talent with us, and you will bring these characters to life and make you a part of the “Universal Parallelation” Team! I would really appreciate it if you could be a part of this project!
What is Universal Parallelation
This is a mod project based on the game, Friday Night Funkin’. It's about a rhythm game in which the player controls a character called Boyfriend, who must defeat a series of opponents to continue dating his significant other, Girlfriend. Universal Parallelation is a mod on different versions of Boyfriend & Girlfriend, it’s like a universal thing, it’s like misadventures because there is no “real” story mode, they are just stories put together in one world. However, there is some continuity and lore within the mod also no, this is not a remix mod, this is just a mod full of original songs and references! The characters will have different personalities, stories, and even their own side tales! Like Amanda traveling around the universe and town, CreepyFriend learning to become normalized again, and for so many more to enjoy! Even other stories can connect with other stories of the mod! I encourage you to get involved in the project, either by becoming a voice actor or by trying out the mod yourself!
The Requirements
You must be 13+ with a preference of 16+, in general, it’s not for the light of heart, this is a Friday Night Funkin’ mod based after all. Also, make sure you are mature, this is a professional project.
I would like for you to introduce yourself, your age/age group, and other things in your audition in the description and why you choose the character(s) or project, just out of curiosity. This is optional however, age, discord, and info are needed for this project.
We need your discord username and tag, so the team and I can contact you.
This is a long-term project! Please make sure you can stay and do not have a busy schedule.
You can audition for more than one character and you cab improvise or add lines to the character that you are voice acting for!
Please have the uppermost quality, do not be having headsets microphones, or built-in laptop microphones.
Have insulated/soundproof your recording space or room. This is important for quality and making it sound clean as possible, I really prefer you peeps to insulate/soundproof their recording space
E.Q., limiter, normalization, and noise gate/reduction are supported but do NOT add effects unless the role says so because some characters have effects on their voices. Also, have a take without effects to see how you sound without the effects
Say your lines at least, two or three times, and make sure to add emotion to your character’s voice. We don't want any boring or monotone type of voice acting, we need flavor.

Description: This is a version of Boyfriend from the popular game Friday Night Funkin', however, he is a bit different! Boyfriend was a bit smarter than his canon counterpart, also he was a bit more canny and playful demeanor. He has a few different hobbies from his canon counterpart and he is very supportive of people.
Personality: His personality is a bit different from his canon counterpart however, he is a bit childish and playful! He doesn’t have any problems like the canon version, but he is just a bit more clever and a bit of a trickster. He is a bit more flirtatious and retains some level of foolishness as his canon counterpart, he can be a bit lighthearted in nature.

Description: This is a version of one of the fangirls in Senpai’s Week, the short black-haired one. After one of the many copies of the game, she somehow became sentient and didn’t want to simp or love Senpai anymore, and soon … she found something new. One was a blue-haired boy and another was a glitchy goddess. She also goes by the name "Fingaru", however, this doesn't seem to be her real name, but it seems to be some twist on the name, "Figaro."
Personality: Fingaru’s personality is almost like your typical Fangirl being a fan of a person that they love very much, however, there are a few differences. Fingaru prefers to be mute and just listen to her lover's voice. However she can speak, she just speaks very little, and she has shown to be playful and caring, and a bit touchy.

Description: This is a version of Pico that is bi-gendered. They are an assassin and hunter, willing to do anything for a quickie buck or so she does a lot. Bico is also very strategic and also have a very useful trigger figure, also they have a history because they are bigender they didn’t feel comfortable in their own body half the time, and also sometimes on missions he has to crossdress to track people like an undercover agent, nevertheless, she's happy now.
Personality: Bico’s personality is mostly upfront and she is the type of person to not sugarcoat things, they also have some traits of a tsundere, but she is most aggressive at times. He also has something called, “SPD'' aka Sentient Personality Disorder, they are like little entries in your head. There is Moody & Avoids Attention even though they do want love and affection they want their lovers to “suffer” and then we have Lovey Dovey is as of now is the only “soft” side of Bico.

Description: This being was formed from the void and was met to be hunted down by a hunter but he is very unkillable and mostly unstoppable. They were bodiless beings at first but soon they found someone named “Boyfriend” … after that, they took that form but with his edits of course, now he roams until … he found someone named “Bico.”
Personality: PNG’s personality is something interesting, they can be a silly but friendly entity, and they kind of copy BF in a way, that is having a “confident and cocky” persona but he’s not stupid, also he is shown to have a very high intelligence! He has a QI of 350. He can hold back his full power but he is very clever.

Personality: His personality is sassy and flirty, also like the original Girlfriend from FNF, he is supportive and caring, and also really chill. However he doesn’t seem to think very much as his mind can be blank, but he’s also smart and clever at times.

Description: This is a female version of The Boyfriend from Friday Night Funkin’. She didn’t go to college but she became successful and also very playful with people, she is also very good at raping and singing, she got many jobs based on this, and now she is good at what she does. A lot more success than the original “Boyfriend.” She is best friends with TomFriend.
Personality: Her personality is that one type of person, she is really friendly and always confident no matter the situation. She can also be very flirty but she has a sense of innocence, just like her canon counterpart! Additionally, she is slightly smaller than The Boyfriend from Friday Night Funkin’.

Description: This is a version of BF, who was cursed by the dearest family after losing his girlfriend and was sent to a different world. He now roams the new world that he lives in, lucky he was able to get himself a new living but he was just caused to look creepy soon, he found himself a lover … named, “Dove.”
Personality: CreepyFriend’s personality is one type of person that would mess things up, because of his curse and being a goofball. Remember this is still very much a version of Boyfriend, he still has confidence and he has this happy and creepy personality.

Voice Description - This voice would sound like a mixture of creepy and yet cute, his voice would sound similar to Boyfriend but it sounds awkward and has a raspy feeling to it. A reference for the tone is similar to Lefty’s voice from; Five Nights at Freddy’s: Ultimate Custom Night.

Description: She is a normal person, when she was young she was always the quiet type. However she can be trying to get better, she loves to sing and even draw a little! Diva was protected by his big brother Scaled Joshua but it’s unclear what she would want to do with her life. Nonetheless, she is always getting out there and going on dates with FemFriend!
Personality: Her personality is kind of an introvert but she isn’t too shy to speak, but she just doesn't like being around people and is sometimes very easy to push around. Diva is also able to learn about new things, so you can say she is more of an ambivert. Overall, Diva is a complex individual with unique traits and preferences. Also remember, While she isn't notably shy, she prefers not to be around people too much and can be easily influenced

Unfortunately, this confidence can sometimes falter and she can become as weak as a pancake.

She is a goddess, she is in control … so what does she do with this type of power?... Simple, being a suitable power entity, she is perfect … She even got two lovers out of it and she created a lot of other things.
Personality: Goddess Dessly’s personality is something like a goddess, she has this motherly and creative being, but … she has a really high sense of innocence, especially for a goddess it's really unclear how she's this innocent but she's also easily flustered.

She made people into puppets … but is she really evil like everyone says?
Personality: Guritchi’s personality is a monotone and fearsome figure but with a hit of anger and bitterness, this is her act for her to be feared, as she has been seen as a broken goddess. She can also be a bit chaotic and sometimes quick to anger, however … when you get to know her she is completely different … You can almost see her as a “soft tsundere”, she can act mature and level-headed, and she cares for her lovers.

Voice Description - Her voice would remind you of Tomoe [Muteki "Shin"] from Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy, however, she sounds deep and monotone for some reason. She also has this odd effect on her voice, having this god-like effect but it’s a glitchy-like effect. Glitching is minimal and doesn't occur frequently, noticeable to some extent but not overly prevalent.

Description: She is a remix version of Girlfriend from Friday Night Funkin’, with short red hair and an entirely differently styled outfit. She is like a walking and breathing advertisement in a tracksuit however she does have a personality her favorite drink is Cola. She is that one type of person but she is really nice.
Personality: Collie’s personality is very boastful and a girl that likes to tease people, she isn’t vain but she just likes to win. She also seems to be somewhat lustful, especially around her girlfriend; DemiDemoGirl.exe, there is also the part where she is somewhat of an advertisement but she doesn't show it.

Description: This is the Boyfriend! … In The alternate version of “The Boyfriend,” he seems to be an avatar of the Boyfriend. He was entertained by “Benjamin R. Quinn” but he was abusive and soon found a way to escape and run away, soon finding an item to teleport to a different world. Ashley won the fight, he was free to roam even more. Into a different plane of life, he used “The Crosser Orb” to finally become free, so what does she do with this newfound freedom? … Well, let’s get funky on a Friday Night!!
Personality: Ashley O. Kareshi’s personality is something of a goofball bizarre and extreme. However, she is fun-loving, hyperactive, kind, courageous, cheerful, confident, overzealous, & supportive. Overall he is a loveable goofball, he can be an idealist, thinker, and sensing relatively smart and knows about what is right, he also can get angry similar to Spongebob.

Voice Description - Their voice is similar to BF’s voice but with a higher pitch but with no definitive gender, but Ashley displays some masculine traits thanks to them being a version of Boyfriend, have fun with his voice but they have an effect on their voice that is kind of altering and cute. Description: This is a version of "The Girlfriend" who lost their Boyfriend in Week 6, thanks to Spirit. They tried to escape but when trying to take over BF's body he died, along with Spirit, She was now trapped in the game along with Senpai, a vessel that Spirit was using. Girlfriend was being corrupted by the game but realized that it was her parent's fault for killing BF and her being trapped … So after a few days of being trapped, and being let out, she decided to have a little “talk” with her parents. Ending Them. Now anew, she left her world.
Personality: DemiDemoGirl.exe’s personality is not as similar to the GF from the original game, she now thinks calculatingly and with a very high sense of intelligence, she also has a very dominant personality and she is a bit sassy. She is also noted to be very rebellious.

Voice Description - Her voice is mid-low and also very smooth, it almost sounds like she is trying to comfort you but it also sounds seductive. DemiDemoGirl has the same vibe as Lord X, having an evil vibe. However, she's not evil, that's just her voice.

Description: Well, this is something new! This is a little girl named; Amanda Esther, the Adventurer! She’s from a popular TV show called … Well, “Amanda Esther, the Adventurer” it’s unclear where she even came from, but she is powerful, and her best friend, Wooly “Woolie” Lambley, the Sheep! Amanda's sense of adventure comes from her desire to see the good in the world. Though she seems like a pretty normal 12-year-old girl, there's something special about her. She knows a lot more than most kids her age, and there are hints that she might have been something else before becoming Amanda, something human. It’s unclear how she met Wooly, but Wooly was being bullied and Amanda saved him. They have been best friends ever since!
Personality: Amanda’s personality is reminiscent of a cartoon character for children like Dora or another cartoon girl protagonist! She is a born adventurer and always wants to go on an adventure! Amanda is a kind-hearted person who radiates positivity and hopefulness. Similar to Pibby, Amanda is a kind and positive girl who is hopeful and enthusiastic.

Voice Description - Her voice would sound like a 12-year-old of course so that is what she would sound like, she would always have this happy and curious accent to her voice. She would also have this really playful vibe to her, that can bring joy to anyone!

Description: Well, this is something I didn’t see happening … well you should have sense, Amanda is there. Anyways! This puffy and fluffy-looking sheep is called: Wooly “Woolie” Lambley, the Cowardly Sheep! He is the sidekick of Amanda herself, and sometimes can’t lead things. However, he can try and keep going. Also, Wooly's best friend Amanda, they do have parents but it’s unclear what happened to them. He also isn’t allergic to apples like his canon counterpart but he prefers peaches instead.
Personality: Wooly’s personality is the main trait is being cowardly but trying to push himself to be like Amanda. He can eat almost anything, even cans & plastic. Similar to some sidekicks, Wooly is loyal, supportive, and caring to Amanda! Around other people, like Rhys & Dove, he can be sheepish (Heh, get it?) but also somewhat sociable. Wooly can stand up for himself and can take control, similar to how some sidekicks are like second in command. So overall, Wooly can demonstrate the ability to take charge when necessary and in a way, he is a second-in-command type of sidekick.
Age: 10 years old or 11 years old.
Gender: Male [He/Him]
Voice Description - Wooly’s voice is similar to Wooly’s voice from the original game aka, “Amanda the Adventurer”, being sheepish and timid one difference is that it’s cute. Occasionally, Wooly can also say, “BAAA”, this is at random times, mostly when he is talking, using a word starting with “Ba”, or even at the end of his sentences. His voice range is like a High-mid with a bit of an awkward crack in his voice, like Morty from “Rick & Morty”. However, it is worth noting that the "BAAA" is not as frequent as the aforementioned vocal crack, which is likely due to a medical condition. Overall, Wooly's voice adds a unique and memorable touch to him!
