"Educational" Reels (Marine Biology)
Project Overview
Aye, what's up mate? Name's Miles, I'm a studying marine biologist who educates people on wildlife like any self respecting Australian would-By relentlessly insulting them. That's essentially what we'll be doing, throwing together What is, in the opinions of many-The highest brow humour there is. I'll be doing research and voice overs, and you bare minimum just have to compile a bunch of clips of these animals to the video, add music, add corrections/notes if I realize I dun goofed, and crop it to fit a portrait ratio. Anything beyond that is totally up to you, as long as it doesn't lose the educational part.
What we're making will be posted primarily to Instagram and Youtube, although I am considering Tik Tok as well. I'm hoping for a semi-permanent editor, just depending on our chemistry together. The reels will only last for a max of probably about 5 minutes, but hopefully less.
So, I'm looking for a video editor to help me pump these videos out faster, since that's what I really dread about the whole thing. I set the price initially as $5-10 per reel, but that's totally negotiable. There's no real schedule for these as of now, so work may be few and far between, but I think I might feel more inspired to crank these videos out once I have an editor. So I'll just wanna take a look at your demo reel! I'll include an example of what I'm looking for, but overall it's decently bare minimum, mostly a mattter of putting different clips from Youtube together, you're free to show your own creative expression though :)
