Edens Forgotten: Pilot
Project Overview
The Story:
Eden's Forgotten is a science fiction/fantasy story set in the city of Eden, the last remaining civilization in the aftermath of a mysterious magical war.
The city is overseen by the powerful Eden Corporation, a company led by its CEO and self-proclaimed deity Evelyn, who seeks to rid the world of Magic Users and achieve her idea of a perfect society.
Our main character is Kiri, a jaded but passionate freedom fighter from the magic resistance, devoted to her cause but haunted by her past. However, she's soon joined by (and sometimes opposed by) Ridley, a cynical con-man, Didgt, a robo pop star, and Friedrich, the very brother she thought had died a decade ago. While her ever changing world has her fighting for her survival, this eclectic team might just be the key to Eden's salvation.

My plan is to continue the series as a webcomic. However, if you're interested you may still be asked to work on other projects related to the world :)

I am also running auditions through my Instagram and my University's theater department. This potentially means that not all roles will be fulfilled through this site.
Who am I?
Hi! I go by Pyx3lstyx (or simply Pixel) and I'm a college student and aspiring animator and storyteller. I've had the idea for this world for a couple years now, and am so excited to make it a reality.
It's important to note this is a relatively small budget/scale project. While we did have a successful Kickstarter (yay!) the team is only three people, with just two of us working on the art. However, this has been my passion for quite some time, and i'm incredibly devoted to it!

Main Character/Protagonist
Kiri is the headstrong second in command of the Magic Rebellion. Dedicated to her cause, she's headstrong, blunt, serious, and extremely quick tempered. Despite her more abrasive personality, she's extremely selfless, and willing to put herself in danger if it means saving a life. She has little tolerance for distractions, and isn't afraid to fight her way to what she wants.
I imagine her voice to be low, even and somewhat monotone. She tries to control herself/dampen her feelings as best she can, although this is typically unsuccessful. On the deeper side, but still feminine.

"Calm down Darius. I've still got a while before we reach the outpost." (Playful, feigned annoyance)
"Still doesn't mean you're on my side. What are you doing here?" (Suspicious, insistent, and annoyed)
"But I can still take this one thing away from her. Any life I can save is worth it." (Determined, but with a hint of softness and doubt)
Ridley is a scheming con-man looking to make a quick buck. He's secretive, cynical, sarcastic, manipulative, and a little obnoxious. He doesn't care who he has to hurt or what he has to do to keep on living, and has a rather hopeless outlook on life. His goals and affiliations are mysterious. For the time being, he seems to enjoy causing as much trouble, and annoying as many people, as he can.
I imagine him sounding a bit snarky, even nasal at times, with a drier tone. His voice is neither especially deep or especially high. (although i see it leaning a bit deeper)

"(Dry laugh) At least I'm not a self righteous vigilante with a chip on her shoulder. Looks like i can read people too, huh?" (Mockingly. There's a malice under his teasing nature)
"Y'know, it's kinda rude to barge in on someone uninvited. But i'd be more than happy to make an exception for you." (Flirty, but in an insincere and biting way)
Darius is the dedicated leader of the Magic Resistance, as well as an adoptive father figure to Kiri. Good tempered, protective, and strong. He has a very warm and good natured personality, but isn't afraid to be stern and commanding when he needs to be.
Voice is very deep, resonate, and powerful, but still warm and inviting.

"Sleeping on the job are we?" (Teasingly)
Friedrich is Kiri's younger brother, who she assumes is dead after the incident that separated them both. At this point in the story he's meant to be more of a mystery, but he's erratic, excitable, and very easily upset, being prone to fits of despair and rage. He has a loose grip on sanity that he's desperately trying to hold on to. He's cut himself off from outside contact, spending his days working towards an unknown goal.
I imagine him to have a higher pitched voice (though still sounding adult) that sounds very jittery, unhinged and a bit annoying.

Some may sound more bored or monotone, while others may sound more gruff and annoyed. Open to all genders.
