Project Overview

THE DESCENDANTS is based off the fanfiction, The Founder's Descendants by mysticmoonv on Wattpad. It's a series that's based in the world of Harry Potter where the canon characters don't exist.  

DISCLAIMER: THE DESCENDANTS has it's own plotline, characters, etc. It is only the world (The Harry Potter Universe) that isn't original. That being said, absolutely NO profit goes to JKR. This is purely fan made and I don't support and will never support the author. Transphobia, racism, and any form of hate in the comments or cast is not tolerated. This is a safe place for everyone. Thank you.

SUMMARY: Alistair Ridware is an ordinary wizard attending his fourth year at Hogwarts...or so he thought. A wizard is far from ordinary and so is what to come to his life.  With the sweeping and beautifully built castle known as the wizarding school. Alistair expects to keep up with his magical studies, ignore the rest of his peers, and just go on with the year like the last  But he never expected to be thrown into a bond with two wizards and a witch that was meant to be. Not only that, but the secrets of the castle that are left to be unfolded and the truth of these mysterious peers and himself.


  • This is an UNPAID project and is purely made out of fun. However, please make sure to turn in your lines on time. I will give everyone realistic deadlines. If there is an issue please message me before the deadline and we will discuss another deadline for you. 

  • The genre of this series is fantasy, with a bit of mystery thrown in as well.

  • I would prefer voice actors to have the specified accent for each character they are auditioning for. However, if you believe that you can voice that accent than that's alright with me. But please make sure it sounds realistic and you aren't overdoing it. I recommend carefully listening to how people with those accents speak and not stereotyping it. 

  • For auditions, please make sure to say your required lines at least 2-3 times

  • Please have a clear mic with no background noise.

  • I encourage everyone auditioning to have a Discord account. Please link it with your audition.

  • EXTRAS NEEDED

    Hey everyone! We're nearly done with casting the mains. I'm still looking for a Raven and Alistair so share like crazy so I can get this script out to everyone. I'm so excited about the cast I'm beginning to form. There's much talent that I can't wait to work with. There are still more roles I need to fill on this project, but I've decided to post another casting call for purely extras. So if you're disappointed that you didn't get a role, but would still like to participate I recommend checking it out :)

  • Raven and Naddie glitch

    Hey guys just a little heads up. It says that Raven and Naddie's roles are closed/casted but they aren't. They are still open and you can still audition for them. I think when I casted the voice actor for Ambrosine, it glitched and it shows them as open for submissions but underneath their names it says it's closed. I just wanted to let everyone know that that's not the case. The only roles that are casted are Lucca and Ambrosine. Everyone as of right now, are still open for submissions. -A.G.

    Hey guys! I casted my first voice actors for The Descendants series. I'm super excited to have AverageLee as Lucca and Ashley as Ambrosine. When it comes to the submissions for the other roles I'm either still thinking about them or I don't have submissions yet. I encourage you guys to audition for multiple roles if you haven't, and if you know any male voice actors definitely recommend them! Thanks so much. Alistair Ridware is the main protagonist of The Descendants. He's always grumpy with a bite to his words, knows how to get what he wants, and isn't much of a people person.

  • 1: (Slightly annoyed) As Seeker myself, it would be a pity to face someone who's ego is bigger than his brain.

  • 2: (Answering a professor's question) Sir, an Ashwinder is born when an enchanted fire hasn't been checked on. It will spawn in the shadows of a home or landscape.

  • 3: (At his breaking point) There was so much blood, and I didn't...I didn't think in that moment. I only did what I could.
