Major Nathaniel Flint is the Enclave commander at Hanscom Air Force Base. He was disgruntled with the ways President Eden ran the Enclave, and as such developed a bitter attitude towards his higher-ups. However, his cold demeanor is lowered when one shows duty and loyalty to the only thing he cares about: America.
"These damned raiders are the least of my problems. Get me a couple of pencil pushers and you have a day."
