Update
Hey everyone! I want to say thank you all for auditioning for our little project. I DEFINITELY did not expect this many people to audition. It's really amazing seeing any interest at all in what we're making. So seeing everyone try out and saying how cool the project sounds is really crazy.
Now obviously we can only give the roles to 2 of you, and we THINK we've made our choices. (seriously it wasn't easy) But I wanted to post this to let everyone know that we are going to be putting up another casting call very soon.
This will also be for our game. Our game has 21 other characters (male and female) And while, yes, this is a board game. We have plans for social media videos featuring these characters. However, they will not be nearly as involved as the videos featuring Cassi and Sulky. We are going to make character bio videos. Featuring each character's artwork, a bit about them, and 1-2 voice lines from them. That way the audience can hear what the characters WOULD sound like if they talked, or if this was like a video game.
So yeah, we will be posting another casting call soon:
-Looking for 21 actors
-Male and female
-2 voice lines each
-To be featured on our socials
-This will however NOT be a paid gig like this casting was (as we are on a pretty limited budget and everyone would only be submitting 2 lines)
If this sounds interesting to you, please keep updated with my account, look at the recent castings list, and just keep an eye out. Because we're gonna need a lot of talent to help with these videos! I know this isn't a huge role or anything, but I still hope it's something some of you can get excited about. I know I am! After months of making these characters, hearing what they would sound like is really gonna make them all come to life.
