Darkest Hour: Europe '44-'45 (Sicily Update)
Project Overview
We are Darklight Games, the team behind the long-running World War 2 multiplayer game Darkest Hour: Europe '44-'45 (https://store.steampowered.com/app/1280/Darkest_Hour_Europe_4445/).
In our latest update, we are adding the Italian faction, which means we need you to voice an Italian soldier on the front lines!
There are about 90 very short voice lines (e.g., "enemy machine gun!", "covering fire!"), with 3-5 variants needed for each line (i.e., slight different phrasing or intensity). With a few exceptions, the lines are meant to be have high intensity, as though yelling over the sounds of battle, and with a little desperation. For reference, here is a sample of the current American soldier's voice lines: https://soundcloud.com/user-301906459
A high quality microphone and recording environment is required.
This will be a remote directed session either over Discord or Zoom.

A Sicilian accent is preferred (any kind), though a standard Italian accent is fine as well. A list of the necessary dialog lines will be provided as well as suggestions on variants. Since this is meant to take place in the 1940's, any modern phrasing should be avoided.

Any software is fine so long as high quality WAV files can be provided.
The script has not yet been translated to Italian, but will be translated before the session. Please submit audition lines in Italian.
