Casting Call for IDW Tails 30th Anniversary Comic Dub

Project Overview
Greetings from the Void. We are holding a Casting Call for an upcoming comic dub of IDW's Tails 30th Anniversary Special. We are looking for voice actors to fulfill the roles of the story's main antagonist, Witchcart, and her three bumbling henchmen Hocke-Wulf, Bearenger and Carrottia.
While their voices are mainly up to interpretation, we do have guidelines as to how they should be expressed, as well as recommendations of what kind of voices that could be attempted for these characters.
We cannot wait to see what you all bring to the table. Deadline is January 26th.

The main antagonist of the Tails 30th Anniversary comic -- an elderly human witch who rides in a specialized rail cart, conquered an island, and fought Tails. This character originated from the SEGA Game Gear game "Tails's Skypatrol", where she was the main antagonist and final boss of the game, and was defeated by Tails in that same game. Here, in the 30th anniversary one-shot "Flying Off the Rails", she takes over Flicky Island, replacing its relaxing beaches and beautiful landscapes with railroad tracks and giant crystals, scaring the Flickies in the process.
For the voice of Witchcart, we are looking for one that sounds elderly, sounds silly yet spooky, and can smoothly execute the character's rhyming scheme within her dialogue. An example of a voice that comes to mind is one similar to the Witch of the Wicked West from The Wizard of Oz. With that being said, if you would like to put your own spin on a voice for the character, we are completely fine with that. We look forward to these auditions.

(a wicked, tooth-eating grin on her face, tauntingly) "While you were fighting all my chums, you missed something wicked this way comes!" (same tooth-eating grin) "You, I've captured fair and square! I'll haul you back into my lair! Mree-hee-hee-hee!" [the last part of the second audition line is Witchcart's evil laugh.]
(angrily, annoyed) "Get off my rails! They belong to me! They're my exclusive property!" (frustrated) "My patience's thin, I won't mince words... [loudly, angrily] "GET OUT THERE AND BRING ME BIRDS!"
(tauntingly, tooth-eating grin) "You should've used some aim-assist! Every shot completely missed!"

Hocke-Wulf is one of the secondary antagonists in this 30th Anniversary comic special --- an anthropomorphic wolf who is one of three henchmen of Witchcart. He originated from the game "Tails's Skypatrol", and was the first boss you'd face in that game. Here, in "Flying Off the Rails," Hocke-Wulf evokes a Looney Tunes style attitude and persona. His dialogue is goofy, he has a distinct silly laugh, and is cartoonishly evil. Aside from cartoon-like qualities, in the story, he's erratic, quick to the punch but without much thought, and severely underestimates his opponents.
The voice for Hocke-Wulf is completely up to interpretation. It must have a Looney Tunes style to it, but there is no specific voice to adhere to. We look forward to these auditions.

(silly laugh) "Gyee-hee-hee! Gotcha!"
(silly laugh again) "Gyee-hee-hee! Y'know what they say! A bird in the hand is worth two bushes!" [gets hit in the back of the head by an incoming projectile, come up with your own interpretation of this reaction] "ZSNRK!"
(that silly laugh again) "Gyee-hee-hee! Thanks for the help!"

An anthropomorphic bear who is one of three secondary antagonists of the 30th Anniversary comic special and the game he originated from, "Tails's Skypatrol". He speaks in a dialect similar to that of Yosemite Sam, and is not the sharpest tool in the shed. He is quick to act but rarely thinks. He is brash, crude and crass, rude to his fellow henchmen but loyal to Witchcart.
For the voice of this character, we are looking for a voice similar to that of Yosemite Sam, both in the sound of the voice and the way he speaks. Bearenger often says words like "Gansarnit" or "Darn tootin'." A very Looney Tunes esque way of speaking. If you would like to provide your own spin on the character, we are completely fine with that. We look forward to these auditions.

(angrily, loudly) "Garsarnit, Carrottia! Help me catch these rassa-frassin' Flickies!"
(charging towards Sonic without a second thought, loudly) "DARN IT! IT'S SONIC! GET HIM!"
(rude and crass; sneering at his fellow henchmen, Hocke-wulf and Carrottia, the former thanking Witchcart for saving them from being defeated by Sonic) "Yeah. Given that these two are useless."

A secondary antagonist and one of three henchmen of Witchcart in both the Tails 30th Anniversary special and in "Tails's Skypatrol." She is a female anthropomorphic rabbit who is described as flirty and doe-eyed. Oftentimes, when she speaks, it sounds monotone, almost dull and boring. Definitely wants to take the easy way out most of the time, and is incredibly lazy. With that being said, she does express emotions; it is easy to tell when she's teasing someone, egging them on, or reacting in anger or rage at a mishap at her expense.
For the voice of Carrottia, it is mainly up to interpretation, though keep in mind the descriptions of how she speaks and acts. A slightly monotone voice that is still expressive and has a personality to it. We look forward to these auditions.

"I am helping." (yawns) "I'm guarding the... y'know... whatever." (when defeated) "Aw phooey." (crashes to the ground) "Ow." (yawns) "Oh well, guess I'm defeated."
(singing to herself, still sounding monotone) "Get in the cages, cha-cha-cha. Be good little birdies, cha-cha-cha." (when one of the Flickies tries to escape, she prevents that Flicky from escaping) "Nah-ah-ah, sweetie. Don't make do more than I have to. You will not enjoy it."
(annoyed) "Oh. It's you. Of course it's you.." (out of ammo) "Tch. Now you're gonna make me manually aim?... Out of ammo? Ooooh nooo... I don't wanna work this hard. You'll pay for this." (searching for Tails) "C'mon, just come out here and let me run you over, please? C'mooooooon. I'll be your friend. Or... like... frenemy. I can pretend, okay?"
