Project Overview
This is an opening paid casting call for 1F VA to voice in the comic dubs for the webcomic series, Can’t Buy Happiness. First, a quick description of the series.
Can’t Buy Happiness is a slice of life webcomic series starring Hazel MacGee, the richest kid in town and daughter of the mayor of Crystal City, who goes on various adventures as she makes new friends and navigates the world of middle-class kids.
How this will work is once a comic gets done, I will send them over and that’s where the voice acting comes in. These comics usually go up to 6-7 panels max so these will be short projects. I will be making more of these casting calls as more character ref sheets get done so if you don’t get this role, it won’t be your last chance. Payment info down below. Requirements
Have Good Audio. This goes without saying. Good mic, no background noise, clear audio.
Must be active. Please be fairly active and easy to communicate with. I wanna make sure everyone’s on the same page and kept up to date.
Communicate through Discord. The project communication will be done over Discord. So make sure to put your Discord info in your audition.
Have Paypal. This is a paid project and my method of online payment is through paypal.
Be 18 or Older. This is mainly due to the payment part of this.

Heidi is one of the new maid hires. Fresh out of college, Heidi is confident in being a great among the mansion’s staff. However, she’s quite clumsy. Constantly screwing up, tripping, and maybe spilling some tea. However, Hazel doesn’t mind because Heidi is like the big sister she never had.
For the voice, a very fresh out of college early 20s sort of voice. Her voice is of a higher register while still sounding like an adult. Her role requires a lot of screaming so make sure you’re good with that.

[Frantically] “Whaaa! Sorry Mr. Salvador! I didn’t mean to break that vase! I’ll pay it off I swear! I’ll just add it as a monthly payment along with my student loans!
“[Coughs] Bleh! Aww man, not another broken vacuum. I filled it up all the way too…”
