PROJECT INFORMATION
This project is based around the fan-made Demon Slayer | Kimetsu no Yaiba tabletop roleplaying game "Breathe and Live" originally created by Nautilus, modified and named by SunlightYellowVA. The game is used for the live streamed series of the same name, streaming on Twitch and uploading to YouTube. The project features the introduction of the "Hashira" or Pillars of the games set time showing them off in one of the first meetings of the new era, all of the roles provided below are that of the 10 Pillars who will be appearing. We'll be showing them all off in a short animated sequence meant to establish and introduce the current leading Demon Slayer to the players after a mission has gone wrong, requiring them all to attend a sudden summons from the master of the Ubayashiki Estate. The point of this project is simply to give my players and possibly viewers of the game a fun gift for enjoying and sticking with the campaign.

Aki is a very calm boy who likes to think before speaking. He loves speaking in Haiku though it's not his only method of communication, he's just a man who appreciates the arts! I'd suggest reading these lines like Haiku's for a more in character audition! Though normal readings are just as appropriate.

Bitter and almost cold in tone, Kasumi is almost never happy to have the displeasure of speaking, often keeping to herself. Agitated or depressed, the tone choice is completely up to you considering she can play out either way.

Hushed but excitable, Yoshiko takes on a child-like tone with some seriously dark words, though it's all unintentional. Go for a younger tone but don't be afraid to get deeper depending on the lines!

Katashi is an airheaded, thick skulled lover-boy who more often than not does dumb shit by accident. His intentions are always innocent and his antics always get him into trouble, but it's almost never his fault, he's just a hopeless romantic.

Michi is one of the few Hashira who gained the title after working for the demon slayer corps as something other than a slayer, with that her view of herself is drastically different than the other Hashira. Her obvious desire to return to work as a blacksmith seeps into casual remarks and her irritation with her co-workers can be just as evident. Though she is hardworking and persistent with whatever she takes on.

Obsessed with sounding beautiful, Haruka never strains her voice or pushes to yelling, very calm and collected. Soft, teaching tones are encouraged for her as it's most of her lines.

Okubo is a hunter and a swordsman, as such he's lost touch with a lot of basic manners, though he can be proper in the right company. Go nearly unhinged with your auditions, raised in the wild means no inside voice or expectation for it!

I don't know who gave you that idea, but there's no rules in the wild, so I don't follow any. Now get the fuck out of my way.

With the aura of a man who's been everywhere, but learned nothing, Yosuke has a very fun loving and happy tone with genuine curiosity behind it. He's very full of himself in ability and intelligence (even if it isn't warranted) so go at it with the confidence of a man who's got nothin to lose and everything to gain!

A Cowboy from Mexico / Texas, Gai is a hulking man who loves to get smiles from everyone. He's a resolute but fun-loving demon slayer who tries his best to treat even the kakushi like family, which has earned him the respect of most.
