Two Face, Harvey Dent. Former District Attorney to the city courts of Gotham. Once fighting for Justice in Criminal Law, now a disfigured player in the criminal world.
For this role we are looking for someone who can provide duality in their voice. Think of it like a Jekyll and Hyde situation.

Mr. Freeze is the coldest of the cold and one of the baddest dudes in Batman's Rogues' Gallery. With a background as a Doctor in Cryobiology, Victor Fries, is a very intelligent and dangerous man who should not be trifled with. With an arsenal of Cryonic weaponry at his disposal he'll make sure to put any opposition on ice.

For a voice reference, I'm thinking a something close to Michael J Fox as Marty McFly.

The voice reference for Leo in my head sounds like a young Chris Evans.
