Avatar: The Last Airbender: The Promise Comic Dub (CLOSED)
Project Overview
Last year, many of my friends and I began a dubbing of the Avatar comics, starting with the Promise. Since then, we've made it halfway through The Promise Part 2. But we need more actors and actresses as we are a VERY small cast still. You will be required to have Skype and/or Discord so that we can keep in touch with you and transfer lines easily and your mic quality should be between decent to very good. If you do not get cast for a role you wanted, please don't fret as we will need extras and will have more bigger roles for The Search once we reach that point! Sneers is a person who fights for what he believes in but can often be influenced by others. He switched sides in the Yu Dao rebellion when he found love and realized his true place. His voice is slightly deep but youthful with a bit of a slur/lisp.

President of the Yu Dao Chapter of Aang's fan club, Xing Ying is mature and full of wisdom but has a certain naivety and recklessness to her. She should sound soft-spoken yet gets emotional when necessary.

Now the new leader of the Freedom Fighters, Smellerbee leads a resistance against the peoples of Yu Dao to get them to surrender themselves to Fire Nation land. She can get hot-headed and stubborn when it comes to her goals but will often listen to Longshot above anyone. She has a rough and raspy voice that can be a bit pitchy and high at times.
The time for talking was over as soon as the Fire Lord broke from The Harmony Restoration Movement!
We'll give three days, Avatar Aang! After then, the Freedom Fighters will figure out a solution of our own!

Enacting commands in Earth KIng Kuei's place, General How is a strong, confident leader who leads the kingdom's armys into battle. He has his philosophies and is willing to negotiate but isn't afraid to get the job done. His voice is deep and powerful.
Fire Nation colonials who remain in the city are hereby declared criminals and shall be arrested on sight!

Iroh is a kind and gentle old man who cares for Zuko deeply like a son and has a great mindset of right from wrong due to being the leader of the Order of the White Lotus. Being the philosophical man he is, he's known to monologue life lessons to the people near him to help their problems. He should aged and playful yet strong, wise, and confident.
Why don't you come in and see for yourself?
He may be Fire Lord now but he's still a stubborn boy.
Though her role does not come to focus until The Search, Azula has become severely mentally unhinged and while she retains many aspects of her playful and sarcastic yet lethal personality, all of her traits have risen to unstable levels due to her current mentality. She should definitely sound about as evil as possible yet sound noticeably off and crazy.
