⭐ Hello, everybody,
Call me Blond. I have been working for some time now on a passion project and I would like to cast those of you who are interested in the work to voiceover some of the characters of the main cast.
Here’s a brief description of the projects as well as its related theme.
PITCH:
Arbro Stella is an independant comedy cartoon where we follow the staff of the Arbro Stella boutique, as they operating their small shop, selling magical stars and enchanted gems to a variety of odd and curious customers.
CONCEPT:
Genre: Cartoon Comedy, featuring a recurring group of characters dealing with various struggles around their company, the show’s main stage and location.
Theme: Fun take on corporate culture and satirical deconstruction of entrepreneurship
Audience: Should be enjoyed by most age groups. Plots and writing will however tackle subjects and themes late teenagers and young adults deal with.
Platform: Youtube primarily with the possibility of adding short clips/contents on other video streaming socal platforms.
Much more has been developed but since we are trying to keep information limited to a group a people, we will only show more to the people that are actually selected for the voiceovers work. 👍
We have a bunch of Animation work, Pencil Tests, Artwork and Pitch/Design Documents to share with you.
We hopefully wish to keep you interested in the long run!
ORIGIN AND GOALS
Arbro Stella was initially designed as a TV Cartoon set to be pitched to major animation studios and streaming networks.
Over the years, as I developped the idea further and polished the writing and narrative of the show and I now wish to release it in a bunch of short episodic
sketches on Youtube as an independant creator.
Perhaps in the future, the portrait of the project will change in terms of scope and format but for now, we are keeping things simple and modest .
WHAT ABOUT YOU?
Nonetheless, since this is a long time passion project, a schedule and a budget have been planned along the way so you can definitely expect some form of professionalism from our part!
As we intent to keep on releasing development vlogs on our official Youtube Channel, those selected for the voice cast might have to participate in short lenght podcasts to help us promote the show and we will try to keep you in close contact for possible video mettings.
Do not be stress about the workload since it is currently still small on your side.
It will be paid fairly and we are rather flexible concerning time constraints.
As of now the workload of the project is divided into 2 parts: The Promotional Campaign (currently ongoing) and the Pilot Teasers video.
The Promotional Campaign will feature a set of short lenght music video clips to present the characters and universe of the show.
There will be little to no voiceover work for those clips since music and jingles will be the prominent feautres in the soundtracks.
The Promotional Campaign is set to end around late October however, this might change.
The production of the Pilot Teasers is what we are mostly casting you fellas for!
The Pilot Teaser is about 5 minutes and will features 2 of the characters of the main cast.
Accompanying the Pilot Teaser is a short 2 minute video promoting the full Pilot, featuring all the charactaers of the main cast
All position will be paid accordingly (ranging from 100$ to 1000$ USD) depending on the workload.
So in brief, the workload of the Project is summarized this way:
-4 Characters; 2 Leading roles and 2 supporting roles.
-The 2 leading actors will particiapte in the Pilot Teaser Clip (4-5 minutes lenght video)
-The 4 characters will be featured in the Pilot Promotion Clip (2 minutes)
-The selected cast may have to participate in short/brief podcasts that will be posted on Youtube
-The selected cast may have to participate in video meetings with the directors of the show (mostly me haha).
Your presence in the podcasts and meeting will be compensated as well !
As for the production of the Full Pilot itself; while the script and production design is ready, we can't really talk about its development yet.

The main character of the show.
Wapeka “Pek” Wotters is the owner and manager of the Arbro Stella shop, inherited from her grandfather whom she holds in high esteem.
Usually found on accounting duties at her office, inside the Arbro Stella tree, Wapeka ‘’Pek’’ Wotters is known for her strict and pragmatic business ethics.
Her strong character and fierce temperament, often hides a sensible soul and a generous heart.
Voice direction/reference:
Fearsome, fierce, wit and attitude, confident, speaks calmly but you feel she could explode at any moment.
Do not be too high pitched, baby/girly-like, too obnoxious, pretientious or angry all the time.

Vitis, a silly elf-like boy, is the protagonist of the show. His upbeat and carefree attitude makes him a likeable and appealing companion.He often enjoys playing tricks to tease those around him, especially Wapeka he fondly calls ‘’Wapi’’. He works as the do-it-all clerk and part-time delivery boy for the company. He’s often found sorting items in the store inventory or journeying with Libel when he needs support to fetch or deliver stars.
Voice Direction/Reference:
-Boyish like but not baby-like. Vitis is snarky but not mean.
He pretends to act like a child but is quite smart for his age.
Female/Women voice actors would be greatly appreciated since Vitis is young boy!

A supporting character;
Libel is a peaceful, soft spoken young boy that occasionally follows Vitis on his duties.
Primarily employed for various physical tasks around the shop, he is also in charge of most deliveries and takes care of Betty, the draft pet of the company.
His calm soul and benevolence conceals threatening supernatural strength and agility.
Being Wapeka’s cousin, he holds a close relationship with her.

Soft. Calm. Compassionate voice who never swears or yell at people.
Logical in words but compassionate in meaning.
All races/ ethnicities/POC are welcomed to shoot their shot!

Lapin is a small cynical bunny with a stoic attitude and grim vision of life.
Tasked to welcome and assist customers at the reception desk with his cute appearance, his cold character and dry humor has yet to be proven effective at increasing sales.

A minor character;
Betty is a giant pig-like creature used by the staff members to transport and carry goods and deliveries around the world.
Being able to leap through surfaces sharing the same colors, the crew can also magically move across the portal spots found on her body.
Voice Direction/Reference:
Betty doesn't ''talk'' per say or speak in human language.
Make any animal like whimpers or sounds that you tihnk is cute sounding or appropriate for the character.
It can be groins, bird-like chirping or even barks or meowing. Have fun haha.
Free-for all! There's no specific sound decided yet for Betty so have fun!
