Anime/Manga YouTube Channel startup
Project Overview
Looking for a few passionate people to start a YouTube channel where we provide reviews, commentary, recommendations, etc. on anime/manga.
I would like for these videos to be around 15-30 min. I want this to be a project where everyones voice is heard, where the members have full creative authority. If you truly believe in what you've written, or that the visual direction of the video is the right path, then you ultimately have the last word.
*I would like to stay away from things that could demonetize us, but if you feel that you made the right creative call, you have my complete support. Monetization be damned*
Concerning payment: As we grow, I would like to set up a patreon that will be equally split between us. If you have a personal channel, Fiverr, or something you want attention drawn to then we will plug it at the end of the video.
I would like to put out as many videos as possible without anyone getting burnt out. This is a passion project, and should not feel like a job. This will not be a project where someones on your back, its not a project where you're going to be asked to go back and change what you've done. If I've picked you to join the group, it means I like and trust your work, and you will not be bothered.

Do you know your animu? Have panels and/or clips pop up in your head during conversation, turning life into one giant personalized meme? [not a requirement] Looking for someone who knows what they're doing (I'm so bad at editing, its truly horrible) You have full creative rights over the visual direction of the video. If chosen, I trust the shots you call and your creatice vision. Please send some projects you've done in the past.

Do you have a huge bank of anime/manga knowledge and opinions that you don't get to express as much as you'd like? I want you on my team! There are no requirements or restrictions on the content I'd like written. Looking for someone who can stay on track and keep a nice overall flow. If interested please send me something from projectd you've done in the past, or a small sample of what you would write for our project.
