ANIMATED SHORT FILM- 'The Quickest Way To A Girl's Heart'
Project Overview
Hi there! My name's Sabrina and I'm currently an animation student making my thesis film. I need two voice actors for my main characters!
'The Quickest Way To A Girl's Heart' Is an animated short film. It's a silly/wacky romantic comedy featuring two girls, and a tapeworm.
This is my first time working with voice actors, so forgive me if there's stuff I'm unsure about!
Once I find my VA's, I'll send the script and boards for reference. A time frame will be discussed for the VA to record.
I've set the time frame for the hours required for the project to be 3 hours- that is meant to include a first pass and rerecording/changes if necessary. However, It might be an over/underestimation on my part! So if the time goes under, you will still be paid the flat rate. If it goes over, you will be compensated for your extra time.
This is a fun and silly short film, so if you feel that suits you, please apply :)
Random Stuff to note
I'll need people comfy will gagging noises (specifically for the role of Nina) and tongue kissing noises! Bonus points for you if you include that in your audition.
While the film isn't NSFW, I ask that VAs be a minimum of 18 years old.
The film will be put through film festivals and eventually will be on YouTube!

STORY SUMMARY- Nina is preparing a dish for her friend (and crush) Kylie. Only thing is, she used 4 day old fish in one of the dishes... when she taste tests it she gives herself a tapeworm! She tries to navigate the hangout with Kylie, unknowingly battling a worm eating her insides...

STORY SUMMARY:
Kylie is invited to her friend Nina's house. She notices that she's acting weird, but ignores it for the most part. But when she realizes Nina wasn't paying attention to her rambling, her feelings are hurt and she confronts her directly. To her surprise, Nina admits she likes her and has a crush on her! Kylie admits her her feelings and commemorates their newfound love with a kiss : )
