Animal Crossing Movie Re-dub!
Project Overview
Hi! If you're familiar, with the Animal Crossing movie, the only english dub is a fan-dub. The dub has it's charm, but I and many others would like to see a more solid version of the beloved movie. I am confident in my capability to get this out before the holiday season!
Need a good mic, no background garbage! If you're going to do individual takes, please do them in the ABCABCABC pattern. Slate your username in the beginning of your audition in your regular voice.
Not every single character is listed, only the ones I'm willing to pay more than 5 dollars. PLEASE SPECIFY IF YOU'D BE OPEN TO PLAY NON-LISTED CHARACTERS.
Some listing are double up for convience reasons, and only one of the roles is pictured, so be sure to read!

Casted!
Hi! I finally have all the LISTED roles casted. As for unlisted, I'm still working on it. Thank you all so much for following and auditioning, it was really hard casting. If I called you back and I ended up not casting you, I really appreciate your sportsmanship. I will continue to post updates here as the project develops. I still hope to have this sometime in December, but I'll let you know if that changes! Thanks! -
I MADE A MISTAKE! (And other stuff)
I cannot believe to took me THIS long to realize this but I put Cyrano's name as Antonio, a different anteater in the game. Not really that huge of a deal but I can't believe I did that. I hope to have the listed characters casted by Monday. Unlisted characters TBA. If I called you back and you ended up not being casted, thank you so much for your sportsmanship and it was definitely noted for when I do future projects. Thanks! -

I'm still not done looking through all the auditions that I have, but I ran out of messages I can send per a month. This means if I would like you to read for someone else I will comment below an audition of yours to request it. Again getting a callback does not mean you've made it and not getting one doesn't mean you've been rejected. I just wanna see all you've got! Thanks! -
UPDATE!!
As you can see, we have passed the deadline, but I am currently still taking auditions as I look through them. Right now, I'm almost halfway through the auditions, and you guys did not make this easy. As I go through them, you might get a message that I want a redo with something different, or maybe for you to tryout for another role, DOES NOT mean you've been casted, I simply want to see all you've got. If you don't get a message, don't worry, it doesn't mean anything! As I stated, I want to get this out before the holiday, but unfortunately I fell very ill and I'm behind on script (it's not a direct translation.) I got a couple of messages about there being a dub already and I must add THERE IS NO OFFICIAL DUB OF THE MOVIE. The dub you're referring to is a fan-dub that is very high quality, and I'm not trying to "compete" with them by any means, I just wanted one that was less of a direct translation and more game based. ANOTHER ANIMAL CROSSING OPPORTUNITY!! Yes! I am in the process of making an Animal Crossing Musical! And I need all hands on deck! Vocalists, composers, musicians, lyricists, writers and of course support! A discord for this project will be out soon and YES there will be PAID opportunities!
