Project Overview
Hey Everyone,
We're building a new YouTube channel focused on long-form narrative-driven content. Each episode will be approximately 30 minutes long and will follow different characters as they go on adventures and battle various obstacles. These episodes will take place in the hit game Among us. Utilizing machinima and 2D animation to push the story forward.
Our team has a decade of experience on YouTube, with over 20million subscribers across our other channels. Long story short, we live & breathe YouTube and have a track record of success on the platform.
We're looking for talented English-speaking voice actors to join us on this journey.
ABOUT THE EPISODE
This episode is based off the popular horror experience Rainbow Friends. The main character is trapped in an abandoned theme park full of terrifying possessed animatronics and must free his friend and escape.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
- Please submit clean recordings on prosumer mics
- Feel free to cut your lines to your best/favorite takes.
- Please submit your recordings as one .wav file. We will provide you with a Google drive after casting.
- We do occasionally ask for line re-dos, but we do this sparingly and only after great consideration - we realize your time is valuable, and we won't ask for anything we can't work around in edits.
- We're looking to cast people for multiple episodes and seasons. Please indicate you're available to work on this project for the long term.

Jess is the main character's friend, a teenager. Voice should carry notes of fear/terror, as the character finds themselves in a horrifying and scary situation.
"Help!" (Terrified scream)
"I don't know where I am... some kind of medieval dungeon." (Worried, sounds like it's coming through a vent if possible)
"We've gotta get out of here!" (Hurried, rushed, scared)
Lucas is a teenager who has been trapped in the theme park for more than a year. He has gone slightly crazy trying to survive inside with all the monsters.
"No... they never stop hunting, not even after all these years." (Sounding worn out, but scared)
"You'll never get out. I'll never get out. We're both stuck here. Forever." (A little bit crazy and tired)
"Alright, I'll help. But I don't think either of us is going to make it." (Hopeful, but not expecting success)
Blue is a giant, slow animatronic monster. It has the spirit of a small child but is trapped in this horrific body. The voice should sound deep and scary, but talks with a childlike cadence and tone.
“Where are you friend… let’s play with our blocks…”
“(mumbling to itself) Can we go visit the Rainbow Friends mom? Please?”
“It’s my favourite place… (singing softly) Rainbow Friends, Rainbow Friends, make friends with the Rainbow Friends…”
Green is an animatronic monster, with the soul of a middle-aged man trapped inside. His voice comes out in a breathy whisper and should sound very creepy.
"I can heeeeeeear you...."
"Where did you go? I can't see you."
"Thump thump thump go your footsteps."
Orange is an animatronic monster with the soul of a young adult person (could be any gender) trapped inside. Orange is crocodile like, so voice should sound creepy and lizard-like. The character is always hungry so adding an element of that could work well.
"I'm just sooooo hungry!"
"You look like you'd make a good snack!"
"I'm going to gobble you up... crunch crunch crunch your bones!"
Purple is an animatronic monster with the spirit of a young woman trapped inside. Voice should sound soft, but very creepy and terrifying. Extra points if it sounds like it's coming from inside a ventilation system, which is where the character lives.
"It's so lonely down here..." (sad and forlorn)
“(in a creepy, singsong voice) We all play down here…”
"Oh no... almost got you!"
