Hello! How are you doing? I hope you're doing great! I'm Cris, and I'm working on a Undertale spin-off called AfterLight; This is my first attempt to make my project known by others. I've been writing and drawing/animating for 5 years, so I would say that I have experience. The series are going to be posted on Youtube, and it's not a paid project... at the moment; We plan on making a Patreon!
NOTE: This may be an OC x CANON story.
"Frisk is now the ambassador of the monsters. They also parted their own soul in half, sharing it with Asriel. Before leaving the underground, an old friend returns... Chara. They said that Frisk's determination made them come back to life, Chara wasn't a ghost anymore. That made Asriel change his mind, he was going to leave the underground and finally see his family. Toriel and Asgore were surprised at first seeing them, not believing what they saw. After that, Toriel starts crying and hugs her children, Asgore doing the same. Later, all the monsters leave the underground and return to the surface."
"Everyone in Ebott Town knows the tale. That includes me, a sixteen-year-old human. I always thought that I wasn't nothing much, my life's pretty normal. My parents are travelling, so they left me in my aunt's house. Her name is Linda, she's homophobic, racist and abusive. She says that she only wants to protect me; I would say that she's just a bigot, but whatever. Everything was okay (she would rant to me about how I can't make friends with monsters, and I wouldn't listen) until I met the ambassador of the monsters themself. And... oh, boy. That was a crazy ride."

The protagonist! Her name is Lyla Courtney, she's an empathetic teenager who loves going on walks or riding her bike. Has the soul trait of empathy mixed with despair. Voice sounds tomboy-ish.
Strengths - Empathetic and kind, has quick reflexes and respects everyone. Also determined.
Flaws: Naive, forgetful and impulsive. Also temperamental and sensitive, cries easily.
Good friends with Frisk, Asriel and Toriel. Chara is her love interest, while there's tension with Sans.

An ignorant woman disliked by many monsters. Homophobic, transphobic and racist. She's toxic in general, but can be smart and determined when she wants. Is afraid of being alone for unknown reasons, and has anxiety attacks when people talk about her mom.

He wears an unzipped blue hoodie, a white tank-top, black shorts with white lining, and a pair of salmon-colored slippers. He has white pupils that disappear when he is serious or angered. When Sans uses telekinesis, his left eye flashes light blue and yellow, the colors for patience and justice, and his right pupil disappears."

Flowers... They give me bad memories. They're really pretty, though!
Chara is a fifteen-year-old teenager who's obsessed with chocolate. Some people call them demon because they have red eyes. They're not really affectionate, but they're getting better at it. Chara was abused a lot in their childhood, so they grew up hating humanity. Has a masculine voice. Chara is seen to be wearing a lime and cream-colored striped sweater, red-brown pants and shoes. Chara has peach skin, brown hair, rosy cheeks and red eyes.

Frisk is a selective mute, but they're getting better and better at talking again. They are pretty much gender-neutral. Has dark skin, brown eyes (that looks they're closed all the time), curly dark-brown hair, wears a blue sweater with pink stripes and overalls. Their arms and legs are full of colored bandaids and stickers. They're also chubby. Frisk is merciful and kind, a pacifist.

"Toriel is a kind monster that acts as a protective mother for Frisk, Chara and Asriel. She employs tough love on the protagonist as well as Asgore. She cares for children and was excited to become a mother. She enjoys cooking and bakes butterscotch-cinnamon pie,as well as her favorite, snail-pie.
Toriel has a playful side and loves puns and bad jokes and she even keeps a journal of puns.

"Alphys is a yellow, reptilian monster of similar height to the protagonist. Her posture is somewhat hunched over. She has yellow scales, claws, and protruding teeth (which seem to vary between two and four depending which way she faces). Her feet have three toes while there's three fingers and a thumb on each of her hands. Her "hair" is designed into points facing the back of her head. She normally wears round glasses a white lab coat. Her glasses don't cover her eyelashes.
Alphys is a nerdy, shy recluse with a fondness for anime and manga. She dates Undyne, but struggles to communicate her feelings.
Has a throaty, tremulous feminine voice.

In this humanoid form, he has black hair with a long fringe that seems to cover his right eye, pale "skin" and visible metal segments below and above his left eye. Mettaton is a confident, charismatic, and charming TV host that loves drama, action, and violence. He lives for his ratings and adores performing. He supposedly strikes a pose when he does something wrong and makes time on his various shows to beat up "heel-turning villains." He shows a rather shallow appreciation for existence at times. However, despite his seemingly narcissistic personality, he deeply cares about the seemingly positive impact his show has had on the inhabitants of the Underground. Asgore is a kind monster that enjoys gardening, Golden Flower Tea, and Toriel's Butterscotch Pie. Like his son, he speaks in southern slang (most notably "howdy" and "golly"). Asgore is a large, white-furred monster with a goat-like appearance. He has patches of gold fur that resemble hair on his head and arms. He dresses in a flower-print shirt and jeans.
