Lauren K.

Lauren Koch (she/they) is a Los Angeles-based performer and voice actor.

Since religiously watching
4Kids TV on Saturday mornings as a child, to wandering through video
game worlds as a teenager, to developing a profound love for tabletop
roleplaying games as a college student, Lauren has always been
fascinated by the art of voice acting and its pivotal role in bringing
stories to life.  While initially pursuing a degree in astrophysics at the University of California, Berkeley,
they ultimately realized that their true passions lay with art and
performance, and began pursuing it professionally after graduation. They
have since received voice acting training at A Plus Voiceover Studios
in Sherman Oaks, California and are currently studying improv at the
Upright Citizens Brigade Training Center in Los Angeles.
        

They have an extremely
versatile vocal range that lends itself to an incredibly wide variety of
characters, able to quickly jump from the most elfin and impish of
pixies to the assertive, powerful gravitas of a military commander.  
Their meticulous attention to detail means that they can read and
interpret copy quickly and with minimal errors, all while
enthusiastically bringing life to their lines and characters. They excel
at open communication and working on multiple tight deadlines, making
collaboration with them a smooth and pleasant experience.
