Xavier Soński
Xavier is an editor and producer based in London and Manchester, known for Bricked Up (2025), Beyond The Reel (2024-) and Bikini Shark, founder of an independent content company group, Memorisica. Xavier Soński was born in Świdnica, Poland. Beyond the edit suite, Xavier is teaching Film & TV to children at an arts academy.
Compassionate, creative, and driven post-production specialist, handling tasks like project organisation, managing media assets and transcoding. My editing on ‘Bricked Up’ earned the Outstanding Achievement in Editing award from the University of Salford, with accolades for Best Film and Best Editing among graduate short films. Known for a calm, cooperative, and conscientious attitude, I foster a supportive work environment built on empathy and trust. Beyond the edit suite, I teach Film & TV to children, and always looking to improve my post-production skills.

In my experimental film, the abstraction and blend of skin, light, and architecture were used for their visual potential and connection to the human experience, while highlighting the limitations of technology and its ability to replicate the natural world, by using slow motion and AI-generated frames.

Lacon is amazingly talented. You only have to look at his graphics portfolio to see the level of sheer professionalism and dedication to work ethic. Lacon is a guy of many talents and already with a LOT of experience under his belt, so he knows what he's doing. He's a friendly guy, receptive to suggestions and clearly a great team-worker from testimonials.
