Kanoka

Hello, my name is Daniel, a.k.a. Kanoka! I'm currently 28 and love to read, write and perform. Theater has been part of my life since I was 10 years old, and I especially enjoy musical theater. I've sung for even longer than I've been involved with musical theater (likely my whole life) and have continued to work with my voice as I grow older, even though my passions led me to study English/Communications in hopes of becoming a journalist one day.

I got into voice acting after working with a Minecraft YouTuber named Gizzy Gazza for nearly a year and purchased my first recording microphone, an AT2020 USB+. Since that time, I've done occasional voice acting for him and others, with one of my largest and longest-standing roles to date being Wesley from PinkDiamondDiva's Roomies University series on YouTube. Alongside voice acting, I also have become a part-time streamer on Twitch at https://twitch.tv/kanoka621, where I often RP on live Minecraft SMPs and voice act unvoiced dialogue in games for my community. I still use the same mic, but have much better soundproofing in my room since then ;)

Some particular interests include: Star Wars, Pokemon, LEGO Bionicle (the classic series), League of Legends, Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail, Minecraft, and several other things. I enjoy classical music, but primarily any sort of music from the mid 90s and early 2000s works for me. I tend to be a throwback kind of guy!
