Baiyi
@guang-baiyi-vaLore keeper at the Project VALUKA channel, lover of narration and voices that make you FEEL. If you're looking for a unique masculine voice that doesn't sound like the 'norm' I'm your guy. https://www.youtube.com/chan
I've been a performer since before I could talk. This passion has carried me through life, and I hope to share it with all of you. I studied the arts, theater, and music at every given opportunity growing up and have been active in my local theater up until the pandemic struck.
Nowadays, I spend my time narrating lore from my favorite games online, but that's not the end of my talent! From characters crafted from the heart, to voicematches for some of the most popular actors on the internet, I have a lot to offer. My voice print is closest to Josey Montana McCoy, Camden Sutowski, and early 2000's Steve Staley.
From my home studio set up, I can promise passion, drive, and quick turn around! My specialties are sultry villains and playful anti-heroes, but you might even catch me pulling off the ray-of-sunshine type too. I have a unique voice print, perfect for mysterious or ethereal characters who need to sound nothing like 'your typical guy.' My focus and training is all in providing emotional, down-to-earth and real performances before just being able to give cartoony voices-- though those are fun too.

Note on my take on authentic casting:I found out about my actual ethnicity late in life, and only through a DNA test. While I'm very proud of my roots, keep in mind with regard to authentic casting: I'm completely diaspora raised, and have had to reckon with understanding myself through that lens. I was not lucky enough to be raised immersed in my own culture, and have spent my adult life trying to find my place in it.
Basically, I would rather not take a role from someone who was raised in Chinese culture if there is a better option etc.
I usually stick to this guide, but I'm super flexible and willing to work for credit especially on passion projects and fandubs, at least until I've got some credits under my belt.
I want everything! I'm willing to try anything once. Most of my experience is in audio book narration style, but I'm eager to try my hand at character acting and dubbing, especially. I'm open to crazy ideas, and have been known to swoop in and take care of editing, ADR, and sound design myself on a project if it's struggling. I prefer to focus on my voice work of course, but if I really believe in the passion and spirit of a project I will always step up where I can.
I'm also not opposed to being pitched crazy ideas. You like to voice a character that interacts with one that I regularly do voice matches for and have some idea (even if it's a little spicy?) like. I'm all ears. Hit me up! I'm also a hoyoverse lore nerd (the youtube channel gives that away) so, jot that down etc.
Characters I have done fandubs for and am comfortable/confident in my voice matches for:
Aventurine
Kaeya Alberich
Dainsleif
Dan Heng
(hopefully this list grows as I play around with voices!)
