I am a full-time, non-union male voice actor and voiceover talent operating out of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Although I live in the Midwest, I’ve worked with
clients on projects from across the country and all over the world on a variety
of different voice over projects, ranging from audio books, to e-learning to
video games.
My personal business philosophy is to always strive to balance
both the art and business aspects of voice over, so that I can provide not only
work that is well performed and recorded, but also excellent communication and customer
service. I understand the importance of a wholistic approach to my trade and I am
always working to outdo myself in every aspect from the day before.
I operate my business out of my private studio outfitted
with industry standard equipment. I’m always plugged in to my email and social
media platforms so that I can get in contact with clients quickly and
consistently. I’ve spent my entire adult
life working in the customer service industry and I understand how to work with
people and make sure that I can adequately deliver the product or service they
need.

Yon Shady Glenn did a wonderful job on my project with a professional atmosphere. He was very kind, and was able to give me the lines I needed quickly. My project was a cosplay skit performance for the Ohayocon 2019 Cosplay Expo. We won best in the master's category (the highest level of the competition) thanks to his wonderful voice acting! The judges even expressed how great his voice was for the part. I can not wait to see what other wonderful things Yon Shady Glenn does in the future as well!

Myself being given the task of finding someone suitable, for a major role in a big expansion to a very popular mod, with a short deadline.
Yon was the first actor I had approached for this lead role and the first person that came to mind when I was given the task, as I could already imagine him playing the part.
He provided his artistic interpretations of the character and I trusted him enough to continue with his creativity.
And he did not fail to deliver.He was able to follow the direction of me and my team and was able to provide time for us when the pressure of crush time was upon us with our imminent release date.
Alongside his ability to act with commitment and provide quality audio - I knew we would find a reliable talent in Yon Shady Glenn.

To me Glenn's voice looks like "Dee Bradley Baker" so much
He did great job on my two star wars machinima projects as Boba Fett and Clone Trooper roles
He's very kind, sincere and a man of his word ^_^

I could never say enough good things about Yon Shady Glenn! I gave him an animation script with roughly a hundred lines and he not only completed it very quickly, but all the lines had the same energy, care, and consistency. I could tell he really cared about his performance and delivering professional-level files. If you have any voice work that needs to be done, this is the man to do it.

Yon Shady Glenn has voice acted for my Elder Scrolls VI Spoof Trailer and also the upcoming sequel, and also for a GTA VI Spoof Trailer that will hopefully come out eventually. He has done an absolutely fantastic job of voicing the characters I gave him. The range of characters that he can do is excellent. It's been a privilege to have someone as professional as him volunteer himself to voice for my projects. And I look forward to working with him in the future. I can't express enough how talented of a voice actor he is!

Glenn is a truly selfless being. He's always on top of the work you give him, even if you accidentally make mistakes on what to say. He always has a positive attitude, and his voices are seriously professional quality! On his YouTube channel of the same name, I am one of the audience members that watch his insightful podcasts about working in the Voice Over industry. He's a truly talented being, and I can't wait to see him make it big!

Yon Shady Glenn is a fantastic voice actor. Not only are his quality and acting skills impeccable, but he’s incredibly friendly, supportive, communicative, and willing to let go and have fun when the time calls for it. I met this dude originally in VA101, and very early on, I could tell he was on his way to being a heavy hitter in the VA industry, and so far, he's been proving me right every step of the way. If you want a knowledgeable dude with a strong voice, and an even stronger work ethic, Glenn is your guy. He's organized, professional, and knows his craft very well, both on the business side, and the artistic side. I hope to continue to see this dude rise up, and work with him much more in the future.
