Fableforge
I just want to copy-paste here a recommendation I got from Caleb Hackler, an amazing VA with a range that can spoil any writer rotten. Here's what he said:

1. His ability to draw you into the script and make you feel like you're invested in the the decisions of the character is second to none.
2. He is prompt with both his feedback and his compensation.
3. He has some of the BIGGEST names in the Skyrim community contributing on his projects, and he's done much of this on his own dime.
4. He's honest and forthcoming with expectations, and makes it incredibly easy to work on his projects.
I can honestly say that my experience with Fableforge has been nothing less than extraordinary. I would highly, highly encourage anyone out there to audition for his projects.

It was a pleasure to work with fableforge! They are passionate about Skyrim and I was really excited to be a part of this mod. fableforge was always readily available for any clarifications on the script and provided me with excellent direction. I hope to work with them again on a future project!
