Heya there, I'm Derezzed78, and i run the Youtube Channel Derezzed Studios. I am mainly known for my Friday Flareon Comic Dub series by the amazing artist, Accell. I love making comic dubs and of coarse voice acting as well.     Anthony, or rather Derezzed from Derezzed Studios is a fantastic director for his projects. He knows how to leave compensation for the people he works with and treats especially the voice actors right. He knows that the people that are working for him put in good efforts and he rewards for that hard work. Derezzed certainly isn't afraid to stand up for when things may be going wrong on his projects and sets things straight to make things better. He is very willing to be motivated through hard times and provides a clean, drama free & motivative work space for his coworkers. Not only that, but he sets goals for himself that are very much doable in near future that I'm sure if he puts his mind to it he'll accomplish them one day.
