Jackson McClellan

Hello! My name is Jackson, also known as DelfTheFish on other platforms. I'm 28 years old and located on the US East Coast. I strive for continuous improvement, both because it improves what I can deliver and because I find the act of improving and learning to be genuinely enjoyable. I also place a lot of emphasis on effective communication, where I make sure I understand what is expected of me and actively incorporate feedback into what I do.

I have a STEM education and my hobbies include video games and anime, so that enables me to better navigate the jargon that often pops up in those fields. I also have studied German and Japanese (I can read hiragana, katakana, and have the skills to look up kanji I don't know), and while I wouldn't call myself a native speaker in either language, I am confident in my ability to pronounce words as a native speaker might. I can get the cadence and intonation down via communication.

Finally, I prefer not to engage with projects that utilize AI, whether it be for composing lines or using my voice to feed into a model.
