My interest in voice over started in high school, and I took my first professional VO classes in university. I’ve also participated in a number of amazing online VO classes and workshops, and I plan to keep doing so! If you want to continue to grow as a voice actor, I cannot recommend TAKING CLASSES enough! Seriously, just do it! As far as roles go, I have experience doing paid roles in animation, e-learning, video games, and audiobooks. I've also done a lot of fan projects for fun and for practice.
I LOVE all things Japan! I graduated from university with a Bachelor's in Japanese, and I have been certified in JLPT N2, so I can speak and read Japanese at a high level. I have previously lived in Japan and taught English there for 2 years. I'm happy to work on Japanese language projects!

***My Voice Acting Boundaries (Please be aware of the following if you would like to cast me in a project):
I don't swear. I don't mind doing an occasional "damn" or "hell," but I refuse to use language more profane than that.
Because of my religious beliefs, I don't use "God" or "Jesus Christ" in swearing types of contexts either.
I will not participate in roles that are hateful towards anyone, NSFW, fetishy, pornographic, or sexual.
I reserve the right to refuse to join a project if I'm uncomfortable.
If you'd like to cast me, please be sure that your project is at the point where you are ready for voice actors. Please at least have a script with lines that are ready for your voice actors to read.
I took a voice over class from a professional actor in university as an elective. Our units went over narration, commercial, and animation.

A wonderful class where Kirsten Day taught us to have more fun with animation copy.
A very helpful course where Steve went over some tips and tricks for a good home VO set up.
A really great master class where Shelby gave lots of useful tips for succeeding in the VO industry.
A course by professional voice actor Joe Zieja with over 120 lessons of voice acting training, tips on auditioning, how to build your home studio, the ins and outs of the industry, etc.
In this workshop, we covered what it takes to make gaming and animation reads stand out. We also went over the ins and outs of creating social media content as a voice actor.

I like to do fan projects for fun and for practice. I’m particularly interested in Sonic and Zelda projects, but I’ll go for just about anything that catches my attention.
On the professional level, I’m interested in animation, video game, commercial, e-learning, and narration projects.
