Hello there! My name is Jackson Ettinger, otherwise known as 'CaptinJack', or 'CaptinJackVI'. I am a writer and have been wading in the waters of voice acting since November of 2022! Doing voices and telling stories has been a passion of mine ever since I was a child. When I was a teenager, I decided that I wanted to pursue a creative career where I could do what I loved. And so, here I am!
I currently use an AudioTechnica AT2040 Hypercardioid Dynamic Microphone with a Focusrite Scarlett Solo Gen 4 Audio Interface and Audacity as my audio editing software. I have a pop filter and an isolated home office recording space with minimal sound pollution.
Payment doesn't really matter, at the moment. However, in the event I am paid, I have a Venmo and Zelle.
I'm looking to get into voice acting. I want to expand my skillset and gain some actual experience in the field. CCC seems like the perfect place to start.

Jackson voiced the young police offer Frank in my audio drama "Dark Angel." He immediately understood Officer Frank's loyal, supportive personality. I didn't have to direct him much, which is what a lot of directors look for. Jack is a natural! I hope he gets more voice over roles!
