As a fellow member of the casting team, he and I worked very closely together on a lot of different challenges. His breadth of experience allowed him to offer suggestions, solutions and aswers to a lot of tough problems and issues. He was not afread to speak up if he didn't agree with something, but also was never afraid to admit it if he was wrong. He is passionate and motivated, because he truly care about company and his team. I am going to sincerely miss working with him, and would work with him again in a hearbeat.
