I'm the best fit for a wide arrange of voices in animation, from high to low, from friendly and easygoing to deep, dark, and sinister. I have a drive and passion to someday voice characters for TV, film, and video games. I dedicate myself to bringing the character to life.

About Tony Fred

First got into voice-over after I created 11 voice demo tracks using 80's on 8 scripts when I interned as a Programmer for SiriusXM. Using the small studio booths they had to record felt so refreshing. I never felt more alive in my life doing this. As a child, I would always do impressions of many different animated characters and have said many times, "It would be a dream someday to voice a character in a Pixar film". Then I have been submitting auditions on Voice123 for many years. In recent years, I've submitted auditions to Behind The Voice Actors and was even cast as Batman/Bruce Wayne, Commissioner Gordon, Deathstroke, Jack Ryder, and the Creeper in a fanmade Batman web series. Unfortunately, due to the massive scope of the unpaid project, I was unable to make the commitment and quit the project.  A few of my other auditions on that website were used for small bits in some fanbase projects, one being an audio clip from a Star Wars Death Star commander ordering his men to escape the vessel.
However, I would like to be able to balance my regular job to someday get Union work, starting with some non-Union work, and to someday voice for major TV, film, and video games where I would no longer need to keep my day job. I have also submitted some of my work on Voices.com. I'm also a self-published author and have an interest in narrating for audiobooks someday. Over the years, I've taken an Intro to Acting class, a Radio TV Performance class, and in the fall of 2021 I took an 8-week acting class that is rated one of the ten best schools in New York state using the teachings from Konstantin Stanislavski, otherwise referred to as "method acting". So please, check out my profile, demo, and consider me for your future project. I'd be most grateful and you will not be disappointed. Otherwise, keep the voice going!

Actor Training for Film, Theater, and Television

Instructed by Rick Imberman

For 8 weeks I completed an actor's introduction workshop to some of the Stanislavski teachings of method acting using techniques of mindfulness and studying/learning the motivations and objective of the character in a scene. My instructor and Artistic Director Rick Imberman had studied with Lee Strasburg and Stella Adler. In the second half of the semester, we were given a script to study as well as a character we would eventually have to act from a scene with an acting partner. We took a few weeks for rehearsal. The class also utilized a number of improvisation exercises.

Radio TV Performance

Instructed by Brett Barry

I learned how to perform for radio and film journalism. The course was taught by a working voice-over artist, Brett Barry, known for commercials and narration. I learned how to use the inflection in my voice to command performance for radio news or eyewitness news as a reporter.

SUNY New Paltz - 2008

Introduction to Acting Workshop I

Instructed by Anthony Trezza

This was an optional/general education course I took as my undergraduate to see if I'd enjoy it. The professor taught us some of the basic skills to acting through body exercises and at the end of the class completed a scene with an acting partner.
