Terms of Service

- If I do accept your request and there has been any form of breach of agreement, I have the right to step down and drop the project.

- For a commission, I am allowed to accept and decline any offers that I receive if it is against the work that I do or if I am not capable of doing the commission. I can also quit a commission at any time even if I do accept it.

- Please be respectful when you do communicate with me. I will respect you as you would respect and if there is no professionalism or respect within the interaction, I may drop the offer regardless.

- Payments must be upfront and paid before the commission is made to avoid scamming. Prices will be based on my rates or the rates of the director for a project. My payment method is Visa only (may be negotiable). Commissions can be refunded at full price within 10 days (will not be eligible after that).

- My contact information provided can only be used for business purposes so please be considerate of that fact as I will not be accepting any other messages if not for work offers or proposals.

- If any of my work were to be stolen and not credited for I can report the person for scamming and stolen work. I hold all rights for my work therefore all commissions must be credited for.

Please keep in mind that even if I accept a project proposal, I am free to turn down the project at any moment if it doesn't work with my given requirements or I will not be able to manage working in the project.
