Nic Olsen
Nic Olsen began acting at a young age, performing in various theatre companies in Colorado Springs. He got his BA in Musical Theatre with a Dance Minor at the University of Northern Colorado and moved to LA in 2014. Since that time, he has performed in numerous TV and Film productions, and staged productions. Most notably he played the lead in the musical Bright Star, performed in the National Tour of Evita, and originated the villainous lead in a new musical called Mannequin Man by Day, Tenor by Night.
After taking a brief respite from acting due to the pandemic, Nic is back in the swing of performing. Having connected with a number of industry vets, such as Xander Mobus, Daman Mills, Kaiji Tang, Alejandro Saab, and Brenna Larson he has received significant training from their private coaching.
Additionally, he has taken class with Kalmenson and Kalmenson, Tony Olliver at Bang Zoom studios, and Steve Blum’s Vox Studios. He has also taken Master Classes from Andrea Toyias and Maddie Stratton.
When not working or living in the world of VO, he spends his time playing Dungeons and Dragon, Magic the Gathering, and learning about the body. As an additional hobby he works as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. Life is all about learning and doing one’s best. His motto is to Never Give Up!
