P.S.S: I've had a breathing tube shoved down my throat on two separate occasions and an endoscope once in the context of in/outpatient surgical procedures. For those who've created, or are planning on creating, visual novel or otome games... I'd like to state that I am quite familiar with the genre and if anyone would like, I could offer my unconditional support in a role if I'm granted such a wondrous opportunity. No matter what though, I'll always be cheering for others wholeheartedly from the side lines! Since even if the role is granted to someone else that auditioned for the same part, I'll just be happy to see any projects within these genres gaining momentum in the west. When it comes down to it, I am well aware of the stigma this genre of games carry. I know they aren't yet popularized in the west, but I would like for that to change someday. I'm hopeful that a day will come where the world will see and acknowledge VN/Otome games to be more than simply just a means of makeshift entertainment. I would love for others to see just what these games offer in terms of a unique and valuable form of story telling. VN/Otome games have a lot to bring to the forefront in terms of cultural & personal significance and part of the reason that I am pursuing voice acting is because I would like to be involved in a game that is similar to the ones that have been pulling me through the viciousness of life. I would love for my voice to provide others a means of comfort and solace during times of tribulations. If while doing so I'm capable of acquiring a means of sustainable living while in turn also making the most use of my idle time, so I don't stagnate during my Summer and Winter breaks, that would be a plus too!
After each audition I submit I'm sure, eventually, someone will enter my life willing to extend their hand to me so I may escape from this stagnated mire. Since I am severely housebound, I rarely leave my home and mainly only do so in the context of medical or academic obligations, but I did manage to amount years worth of experience in customer service, loss prevention, cashiering, I even worked as an escape room host, and was in charge of controlling Holiday animatronics for awhile too, but due to my health no longer being what it once was... I am now limited to subsisting within a stay at home environment. My room is not at all studio grade in terms of acoustics or equipment, even so, I will still be preforming to the best of my ability! So far someone has hired me to sing and provide an MP3 file of a cover for the song 'You are my Sunshine' for their own personal use. I was told that they were apparently going to use the recording to help them fall asleep at night, even though (by all means) I don't believe I have that great of a singing voice. Overall, if anyone feels that I could provide a similar service to them, or that they can provide me with other miscellaneous voice work, I may be open to taking on requests.
